Chase Roofing will be my go-to roofing company for sure! They are absolutely exceptional with customer service and their quality of work is excellent for the price. They were quick and efficient. What took longer than expected were the city inspections, but that is out of their control. Philip Dray was my project manager during the entire process and he was the sweetest, most polite professional to work with. He even got the company to be flexible with me on the pricing. I loved the communication I received all throughout the process, from getting a quote to finished product, as I was kept in the loop about everything. It was a true delight and pleasure dealing with these pros. Oh, and they sent me a thoughtful gift after everything was completed. They are top-notch and I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs! I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Had a great experience with Chase Roofing, fixing a leak in our roof. John came out right away to diagnose the problem and provided us a written estimate on the spot. The Chase team then came back the next week to complete the work. The two man crew worked all day on the repairs but also checked all around the rest of the roof to make sure that we didn't have any other issues. Estimates, payments processes were all online and convenient too.

Idk about their work but the French salesman smelled like garbage. I was willing to overlook this because he seemed sincere and did a good sales job but when i called to ask a follow up question he was very short with me on the phone and acted very angry for me calling. And this was before I had even said yes which I was going to but he blew it!

We are so happy that we chose Chase Roofing when it came down to replacing our roof. From the very start, they were prompt, professional and informative about the different types of roofs. We had an old white clay tile roof and decided on the galvalume (premium metal) roof. We love how it looks and obtained a further discount on our insurance as a result! The price was just on point for the look we wanted. Throughout the roof work as to any issues that arose, they stepped in right away and fixed it. We really liked this about the company. I totally recommend them!

John came out to look at water damage in my ceiling and found that it was the AC condensation causing the damage and not a leaky roof. Gave us some great honest and advice and estimated the remaining life of my roof. Will definitely use them in the future when it's time to replace our roof.

From reading the reviews, my first phone call to the final product... it was fast, friendly, and very efficient. We had a small leak in our roof next to our fireplace, they came out to do an estimate in a timely fashion, also provided pictures of the before and after. This roofing company seems like they are in the business for the right reasons, and for great customer service too. Payments were easy to make online and staff was always available for any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely recommend Chase roofing. You can't go wrong with a company that values their clients and keeps in constant contact to make sure you know their every step on your project. I cannot thank Chase roofing enough for a great job. We will definitely come back to you when we are ready to get a new roof in a couple of years.
