Chase Roofing ripped us off. After paying them the agreed amount we got horrible workmanship and horrible customer support.
We hired Chase Roofing to re-roof our property and the result is a leaking roof after every rain that causes irreversible damage to the house. They turned a habitable house into inhabitable, forcing us to evacuate. By claiming to be operating under the contract, Chase Roofing rejects all responsibility to address this disaster. After we gave them our trust and savings, we have been cheated and abandoned.

I pass this place several times a week when visiting one of my locations a couple of doors down. There's always activity in the yard between the many company trucks and employee vehicles around. I decided to stop in one day, in need of a single tile for my roof that was broken by a fallen palm fron. I entered the office which is a bunch of cubicles and everyone working like busy bees so I had to make my presence known. I was greeted by a young lady Juanna (pronounced Jonna) and I explained what I was looking for. She took me outside and we walked along the pallets of used tiles stacked along the fence line until I spotted what looked like the tile I needed. She was nice enough to give me the tile without charging and did an excellent job asking how old my roof was and pitching me to consider them when I needed a new roof or repair. I thought the whole experience was just great and while I'm not in the market for a new roof thankfully I'd definitely get a quote and consider them in the future. Great customer service and friendly people!

I had a couple roof leaks, and I called a number of roofing contractors in South Florida to have a look and give me an estimate. Everyone came in within spitting distance of each other on the estimate, but I ultimately went with Chase for one main reason: PROFESSIONALISM.

Chase was the only company that promptly returned my call (with some of the other contractors, I had to call again and again, with unfulfilled promises of ""we'll get back to you this afternoon"" day after day). The service manager, David, showed up exactly on time on the date we scheduled for him to have a look (again, this was not my experience with most of the other companies), and he very competently walked me through the estimate.

The two Chase roofers who actually came to do the repairs (again, showing up on time both days) were really excellent, and went above and beyond in taking care of a couple issues for me. They showed me everything they were doing, answering any questions I had.

It's tough to find contractors in South Florida who aren't just fly-by-night outfits that will take your money, perform some shoddy repair, and then disappear. I'm sure they're out there, but I've personally had trouble finding them. Chase Roofing, on the other hand, was such a surprising pleasure to deal with. They're serious, professional, and customer-service oriented, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

This review is for a roof replacement estimate and a job for installing pitch pans for existing solar panels.

Estimate: I persuaded hubby to get a 3rd estimate for a potential roof leak we inherited in a house we purchased. Over the years I've been inadvertently thrown into random construction bidding at work, so I know every construction company has their own take, you just have to guess who's take is right and how much you are willing to gamble. I'd been on a good Yelp roll lately, so I called up Chase Roofing.

Our roof Estimator Johnna came, this friendly spitfire a pro, for sure......she just told it like it was, got up on the roof and said, let's try ""x"", to see if the leaks stops, then let's try ""y"", then last resort, maybe think about the roof. She took the time, explained in detail, showed us exactly what she was talking about to help us understand why her view differed from 2 other companies who were ready to rip the roof off right away. It was pretty much a no-brainer......If low cost y and lower cost x didn't work, OK;. but if it DID work then we get at least 5-10 more years out of the roof, the leak situation resolved.

JOB: The workers were on time, kept us informed, took before and after pictures so we wouldn't have to climb up on the roof, it was phenomenal, clean neat work. They were so friendly! They were very respectful and a confident in what they were doing. Hubby had looked online for similar repairs and determined the price was fair.

After a lot of fretting and interviewing of about 10 roofing companies, we gave Chase Roofing the contract for a new tile roof. As new homeowners and Florida transplants we were overwhelmed by the the thought of replacing a 40+ year old roof. Johna walked us through the process, which, I imagine for her was tedious.

The crew, led by Nick, was magnificent. He came over during heavy downpours and inspected the house for leaks and when I thought the mud at the center of the roof looked (only the slightest bit sloppy), he came over and tidied it up.

The roof and a previously installed (horribly) sunlight but now beautiful and up to code, looks great and I am happy with our decision to use Chase. For workmanship, hands down five stars. I give 4.75 as we were slightly disappointed by the handling of a permitting issue.

The pricing was on par with estimates we received from other companies. Slightly higher than some but I believe the professionalism and quality was worth it.

As a result of poor communication with Chase we had to hire a painter to complete a portion of the job they started. Despite providing them paint and speaking with both the sales and installation supervisors on multiple occasions their poor communication and lack of attention to detail cost us an additional $800. They have refused to reimburse us for this expense or even acknowledge our request for reimbursement. Additionally, I had to personally clean nails, metal flashing, and empty water bottles out of my gutters after assurances they'd clean the gutters following the reroof. We had no issues with the workers actually performing the job and it was our pleasure to buy them a lunch during the process.

Professionalism in the roofing industry should be defined by Chase Roofing.

We had a large project on a very intricate new tile roof, and from start to finish I was impressed.

I did my diligence and got my three quotes all from large reputable roofing companies. Of the three, Chase Roofing's quote was very detailed and provided a step by step process. Out of the three quotes, it was the only one that was typed and easy to read. Surprisingly the other two quotes by two other large reputable roofing companies were one page and hand written. Chase gave me two pages of detailed typed information and then another two pages of warranty information. I knew at this point who I was going to go with. If they can put this kind of professionalism into a quote package, then I knew I would be in good hands throughout the project, and I was correct. Every email request, question, or issue I had was dealt with immediately and correctly.

Two months later and our roof has been through three major rain storms and we haven't had a single leak, and even if we did, I know I could call and I have confidence it would be dealt with immediately.

These guys are awesome. Great experience. Very impressed with the technology they used. The sales rep was able to provide a digital quote right on the spot. He had a portable printer as well and gave me a very professional package. The work was done well and they took pictures every step of the way. I even got up on the roof with them to see the damage that they were able to repair. The payment experience was also great. I was able to pay through email with a click of a button. All-in-all, I was very happy with them. Might not have been the cheapest roofing company, but you get what you pay for!
