I cannot say enough fantastic things about Chase Roofing. From the professionalism in the office to the work in the field, they do a wonderful job. We replaced our roof and their work was truly well done. Not only that, we were advised of every step of the process, provided with all necessary documentation, and everything was just seamless and convenient. Pricing is also fair, they do not nickle and dime you. John Chase and Tamara Chase are truly good people and it is a pleasure to provide them with our business. Special shout out to Phillip Dray who assisted us with the paperwork and everything before and after the roof was complete. So kind and professional. Fantastic family business! While at a wine dinner one evening, I was notified that a storm shorted out our electrical panel at our business and we lost the electricity for our walk-in freezer filled with product. Tamara and John Chase happened to be at that dinner, and I asked if they could help. They said of course and sent out two roofers early the next morning who quickly identified the issue and repaired the roof in the pouring rain. We were very pleased with the quick, excellent service and kindness of the Chases. I highly recommend them!

I scheduled an appt with Chase Roofing for Thurs 14th Sep in Tampa for an estimate for roof repair/new roof. I was supposed to receive a call from Mike A. the day before to confirm time, call never came so I called him to confirm appt. He stated he would be there between 9:30-10:00AM
He never called to say he was running late, but he finally showed up at 11am. Never even came in yard, said he would fly a drone around, fine.
Stated that he was busy but would email me an estimate by that following Monday.
Welp its Friday Sep 22nd now and nothing.

Having a contract company like Chase Roofing in Florida is very rare and must be praised. From the start, Philp Dray represented the company with pure professionalism. Their pricing was $3,000 below the nearest competitor and he knew the permitting standards which saved me over $1,000. From signing the contract through installation completion, they kept me up to speed on everything. Always on time and got the job done in four days after permitting had been processed.

The crew were hard working and did everything perfectly. I can't say enough on how Chase Roofing and the team, including Andrea Minisci and John Guglielmi, were incredible to work with on my new roof project. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! We have had a few roofing companies come to give us an estimate for our roof and Dawson Murray from Chase Roofing was quick to respond and very knowledgeable at explaining what what was wrong. We received a contract so we knew what to expect when the work began. The price was definitely fair and the work was quick and clean. Chase just finished repairing the flat top portion of my roof. I've used them before and since I've always been completely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the cost it was a no-brainer that I called them again. As always the work was quick and clean. No mess, nothing. If I hadn't been here to watch I'd never know that they were here. Of course, as with any roofing job, the test will be the next thunderstorm but past experience says that's not a problem. Just in case they do give a warranty backed by their many years in business.
When it comes to protecting your home saving the last dollar on a job is not nearly as important as getting the best workmanship possible. Use Chase Roofing for peace or mind.

Phillip the manager was very helpful. Brook office manager was great. The foreman that oversaw the replacement of the roof was friendly and professional. They did the job very quickly. I definitely would recommend them. The budget did go up due to the increased cost of wood supplies but that was understandable. They kept the place cleaned everyday they worked. I would definitely recommend them them. They also dropped off a very nice thank you gift that I enjoyed very much. Great job and great staff!
