County inspector never told him that it was better to leave it, instead he failed the first inspection because Mike told him that he didn't lift the skylight to reframe it which is what he was hired to do, he did tell him that if paper work was filed differently he could pass inspection. Mike told me he made an executive decision not to reframe the skylight, I told him that he should have let me hire another company to do the work , I never agreed to his executive decision. I would have hired another company which is what I am going to do, one that would care enough to do job right. I am going to file with the better business bureau

I scheduled an appt with Chase Roofing for Thurs 14th Sep in Tampa for an estimate for roof repair/new roof. I was supposed to receive a call from Mike A. the day before to confirm time, call never came so I called him to confirm appt. He stated he would be there between 9:30-10:00AM
He never called to say he was running late, but he finally showed up at 11am. Never even came in yard, said he would fly a drone around, fine.
Stated that he was busy but would email me an estimate by that following Monday.
Welp its Friday Sep 22nd now and nothing.

chase roofing have been doing our residential community for a while now they are very professional and courteous when their staff come on-site we know the job is getting done right the first time that's why we keep using them. they are an awesome company

We recently purchased a older home. We needed to make sure the roof was in good repair and came up to code.
After making a few inquiries we decided to contact Chase Roofing. Alissa set up a day and a time for the inspection and Mike showed up on time. He went up on the roof had a good look around. Mike pointed out a few problem areas to us and took some photos as well. We got a price in writing and Alissa got back to us with a time and date for the repair. The day of the repair came the crew Jacob and Jared came on time. And went about the repair in a very professional manner. After the job was finished Alissa provided photos to show the completed work and a letter to show that the roof was now in good repair.
