Committed and never showed to do the work?!! We had a lot of trouble with the contractors in the area sticking to anything in terms of appointments, pricing and they all seem to act ""entitled"". These guys came out and assessed my roofing needs, then later gave me a price that was too high and after agreeing to a price, never showed up to do the work at the agreed upon time! Charlie Allen ignored all phone calls from me at both numbers he has listed, which by the way are (903) 883-2962 and (903) 413-1620 and not the number Yelp has listed. Feel free to call them, but don't wait around if Charlie won't answer your call. Thumbs down here and steer clear if you can...

Very bad communication with customers. Had roofing done on a rental and took forever to started on it (despite saying it would happen quickly), then when they were done they didn't bother to call and let us know it had finished.
