I would highly recommend Charleston Roofs + Windows. I had called and spoke with Eric and he came out and told my everything that he saw and was extremely helpful with helping me with the insurance company as well. He explained every detail to me and was great. Because of the professionalism that I had experienced with him I chose to have them do my roof. They just replaced it on 6/8 and could not be more pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of their work. They were very considerate to the belonging around them . They cleaned up nicely. They even took the tarp that was covering my pool off and folded it up for me,

Alec Waring with Charleston Roofs and Windows showed up right on time to inspect a leak we had very recently discovered in our master bedroom. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the findings on what he believed was the source of the leak: a nail pop. He performed a temporary fix after inspecting the roof, and then the attic. Alec encouraged us to check back with him after a few more rainstorms to verify that the leak has stopped growing. He charged us nothing for the temporary repair. He refused any payment as a thank you for his time. This is a super business, and I highly recommend this roofing company; thank you to Katie Mootz, sales lead coordinator, for setting up our appointment with Alec so quickly. We plan to have Charleston Roofs and Windows come back and put some new shingles on the area where Alec located the nail pop. He is a very impressive young professional.

The service I received from Michael Kelly and this company was top notch from start to finish. Michael was so prompt, and kept such good communication throughout the entire process that I was actually skeptical at first, thinking I was getting scammed because businesses never seem to operate this well. I had originally contacted Charleston Roofs & Windows to get a quote for a ridge vent install, but upon inspection from Michael he found I had hail damage all over my roof. He was the ONLY contractor to actually get up on my roof to provide a quote for the ridge vent. At this point he recommended replacement of the entire roof as it made most sense. They will walk you through the entire insurance claim process, but ask you to sign into a contract with them for their time to do so. This is where I got concerned, having to sign my name on the dotted line, and lock in my service with them. Michale made sure to point out the maximum out of pocket expense I could pay, and provided line item detail of everything I would receive. Install was scheduled four weeks later, but delayed due to rain. However, the CR&W team made sure to get it done even though they had to work over the weekend. I had a couple of leaks, one in my garage and one in my kitchen. I had called several companies for estimates. The first company came to my house and without stepping one foot on my roof, told me I needed a whole roof repair in the amount of 6,500.00 dollars. Michael from Charleston Roof came out. He walk my roof and took pictures of the areas that needed attention. He told me my roof was still in good shape for its age. My problem was with my ridge vent and how it was initially installed. They were out within a week to replace my ridge vent and repaired a couple of other items. The work was done very professionally, and the work area was cleaned up after they were finished. I would recommend Charleston Roofing for being a honest, fast and efficient.
