We were referred to Gary from our realtor. Gary was easy to work with and his team got the job done in 2 days right before the rain came. The price was reasonable. The first day they tore down the old roof and made it water tight with the black water barrier. The second day they put the shingles on. We were surprised at how fast the team finished and cleaned up. We are happy with the finished product.

What a cluster. No one took ownership of the job. No one seemed to know what is going on. I took three days off from work after being surprised on Friday they were coming over in a few hours. After that they failed to show up both days. The first no show day was because they ordered drains that I was never aware of. Now I am waiting for a calI back from someone. I. Finally canceled the job since they don't have any follow through and are completely unorganized. Absolutely no faith in this company.

Was referred to Charles Johnson roofing company by a friend in the PV Art Assoc. We had a leak in the spanish tile roof (2nd floor) that developed during the last heavy rain. We called Charles Johnson a couple of days ago, just before predicted heavy rains. They came out the next day, assessed the problem, then sent 2 workers the following day. They did a very thorough job patching the area. No leaks at all. Recommended!

Charles Johnson Roofing gave us a reasonable price, not the highest or lowest. they were professional, got the permits necessary, then removed the roof, put plywood and installed my roof in two days. They covered the roof with plastic after the first day to make sure it was watertight even though there was no chance for rain :-) Their workers were great, cleaned up well, and did a great job on the roof! Recommend them highly!

I needed a new roof for my home and Charles was recommended by a friend. They came in with the best price compared to other companies, worked quickly and completed our job in 1 day (our home is a small 800 sq ft home). The work area was very clean after they were done. You would not have known they had been there. They were also willing to work with me on some special issues where other companies were not. They completed attic ventilation upgrades that are working out well. No more musty odor in the garage. No more feelings of anxiety every time it rains! The new roof looks great and works great.
