I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I would give them a galaxies worth. They showed up on time gave me a reasonable bid for a complete reroof. Their quote was easy to understand and well prepared. Once I signed the contract they immediately started the process of obtaining the permits. A few days after the county issued the permit Chaparosa called me to schedule the work. In 3 days they removed two layers of asphalt shingles, replaced some sheathing, applied hot asphalt over the patio, and completely reroofed my house. The workers were friendly, they never tried to upsell anything and cleaned up very well after each day. My roof looks great and after two very rainy days I have zero leaks. Chaparosa always answered their phones and email. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

I met the sales reps of Chaparosa roofing at the home and garden show a few months back. I got their information and gave them a call and within a day they had Jeremy come out to give me an estimate. Once I decided to hire them to do my roofing job, they set everything up and put me on the schedule and were out to do the repair within a month during the winter season. The crew was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond, making sure that they were respectful of my property, and cleaned it up before they left. The job was completed in day with just a few things to finish up the following morning. I would highly recommend Chaparosa roofing, and I will definitely use them again when necessary in the future.

I had a horrible prior experience with mold and moisture a couple of years ago that ended up costing me over $40,000 to fix so when I saw a few drops of water from my vent I freaked out. I was referred to Chaparosa Roofing by AC + my heating and air people. Sean came out the next morning and fixed the problem in minutes free of charge! Such a blessing.

Went on line to request an appointment to have my ""flat roof"" above my garage fixed. They scheduled my appointment two weeks out and when they arrived, they said they don't repair decks and immediately left. Two months later I was called because they didn't have notes of the appointment. I told them what happened and she said ""We do work on flat roofs"". I responded by providing pictures of the roof to the number she gave me.
I never received any response back or even a referral to a business that would work on my flat roof. Very unprofessional

We just bought a home in SoCal knowing the place needed some work. Well it ended up needing more work than expected, including a new roof and replacement of some rotted timbers. Chaparosa Roofing was recommended and we ended up using them for the entire project. We couldn't be happier with the result. The carpentry work was exceptional and the tiling was exactly the look we wanted. They worked with me to resolve some issues that came up during the project to both of our satisfaction.
