I'm very impressed with Champion Services of Rock Hill. They had done roofing work for us before and after hurricane Florence we had a few leaks. Mr. Worden came and told us what needed to be done. Then came hurricane Michael and they made sure the leaks were repaired the day before the hurricane came . We are very pleased with there work and work ethics.

Champion Services is the best for siding, windows and roofing! And they are HOMETOWN!!!!!
Very professional and quality work and they have always been prompt with appointments. Plus, they clean up after themselves and leave things as good or better than they find them. I highly recommend Champion services for any work you need done around the outside of your home.

I needed two pieces of siding to replace pieces damaged by wind. The box stores don't carry anything but white or grey. So I sent my wife to Champion Services to see if they'd have it. I was told they stock remnants from the work they do for other customers. They did have a close enough color match. Then they charged her more than twice what even their own supplier would have charged me and told her it is non returnable.
That's the last $40 they'll get from me. And I am spreading the word about this to all the people I know in York County.

do not waste your time or money with this company. they were supposed to come to my home to repair some siding. even after i called to confirm the time they would be there they never showed up or called me. i called them about 1 1/2 hrs later to tell them NOT to come to my home. they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back to find out what the problem was.

if i could rate them in negative numbers i would give them a -10

This business is a nightmare to deal with. Their work is ok if you can actually get them to come out. They refuse to set concrete dates for work to be done until the last minute. Two times we were told someone would call us to set up an appointment with in two weeks. Both times no one did. Once they were mercifully done with their work they sent us a bill about 1 week later. We paid it immediately and then received 3 voice mails ""reminding"" us that they had sent us the invoice. We checked online and saw that they had indeed cashed the check. The woman who answers their phones is fairly unpleasant and doesn't seem to care one bit about customer service.
