The firm he chose specialized in manufacturing roofing products for both residential and commercial applications. In his daily interactions with roofing contractors, he remembered the lessons learned from his father. He discovered there was one segment of the roofing industry he had yet to explore: the distribution of roofing materials. What do you think his next step was? You guessed correctly! In his managerial role, he focused on comprehending the different roofing products and their practical uses. His clients were contractors (like Champion) seeking his guidance on material usage and longevity. Champion Roof Company was launched in 2002.
