Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing
Company Overview
We’re trained to match each system to the right job. We compare value and function to find what works best. It means we can offer options that reduce cost while keeping the job sound. There are times when we switch materials to stay within budget. Other times, we won’t—because shortcuts can mean problems later.
Our installs come with support from major manufacturers like BASF, Firestone and Tremco. Our agreements give us access to industry-leading warranty terms. Chamberlin pros go through certified instruction from our partner brands. These courses sharpen our skills with current systems and materials.
We've served clients with skilled work and solid service since 1897. The way we work has changed with the times. But we’ve always stuck to quality, care and service. That’s how we’ve earned our name in the industry.
We serve Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and more from five regional offices. With hundreds of trained professionals, we show up ready to work. Each job gets our full attention and best effort. That approach builds trust with our clients.

If you are looking for a stable job, do NOT take a job working under Jason Brooks. He just fired a single dad with two kids the day before Christmas Eve. This wonderful man became fast friends with my husband who was in training with him less than three weeks ago. My husband got fired because he was not a ""culture fit"", which was a complete lie. He made such good friendships in an incredibly short time that he got a call from another company the same day he got fired, with referral from someone at Chamberlin. My husband is a veteran with a ridiculous work ethic. He was hired on as a service manager with a team under him. His team was disappointed in Jason's emotional decision to fire him after just three days in the Dallas office, and Jason is based out of the Houston headquarters. Aside from him saying the culture fit comment, it all began with my husband and I choosing to buy another vehicle for him to use instead of a company truck. Jason Brooks literally told my husband that he did not have permisission to go and buy a vehicle. Which is not company policy. My husband is a rule follower. He's more than a team player. But this Jason Brooks just gets drunk on trying to control other people. He told my husband that he was worried that he was going to go rogue - because he bought his own vehicle. Then, after Jason cancelled his meeting with him THREE times, in TWO days, my husband decided to take the initiative and go out in the field with some of his team. He was tired of sitting and waiting in the office with no direction. He got scalded for this decision as well. This guy Jason Brooks is horrible. How can you hire two men the second week of December, and then can them in less than two weeks?! This man is no leader. He's a coward. He is a ""do as I say, not as I do"" kind of director. Do not believe his lies, he does not have your back. He talked my husband into buying a whole new wardrobe for his week of training down at corporate. we spent about $800. This man makes me ill. He's the kind of man who ruins the name of a company.
If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!

This company has been working on a building across the street from the building I work in. The crews have been extremely inconsiderate. They sit in their cars directly in front of our building and blast their music, they park like they're the only ones using the street, and I just watched one of them litter! I cannot wait for their job to be done and them to be gone. The constable has had to be out here because of them twice (so far). Shameful way to work, shame on this company.
