Additionally, our steadfast, long-term agreements with suppliers give them the confidence to provide Chamberlin some of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry for the solutions we install. Furthermore, licensing agreements with many of these manufacturers require our staff to participate in training programs conducted by manufacturers and conducted. These comprehensive trainings only enhance the Chamberlin team's knowledge of current technologies and systems.

Our President, Art Canales, Chief Executive Officer, started with Chamberlin in 1997 with a robust experience in custom metal roofing products. He serves on the Leadership Board for C3. He has been a member on the Executive Board for the General Contractors Association, ASA, and Builders Association.

Our COO, Doug Combes, COO has more than 33 years in the construction industry. Doug is a member in TEXO (AGC/ABC). He has sat on the board for the Association of General Contractors (AGC), Construction Management program at the University of Houston and Rice Design Alliance, for whom he is also a past President. He serves on the Executive Committee for TEXO (AGC/ABC).

Our Chief Financial Officer, Richard Dyke has over 20 years of expertise in industries focused on service including property management, Engineering and the construction industry. He has established the Viewpoint Vista system and other related systems and procedures.
