In addition, licensing agreements with many of these brands require our personnel to engage in training sessions conducted by manufacturers. Introducing our leadership team of knowledgeable and skilled leaders. Art Canales, who has served as President and CEO since 1997, with extensive experience in custom metal roofing products. He holds a position on the Board of Directors for C3. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors (AGC), American Subcontractors Association (ASA), and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Doug Combes, our COO, brings over 33 years of construction industry experience. Doug is affiliated with TEXO (AGC/ABC). Doug has served on the board for the Association of General Contractors (AGC), University of Houston Construction Management Industry, and Rice Design Alliance. He is also a past President of the Rice Design Alliance. Currently, he is on the Executive Board of Directors for TEXO.

With more than 20 years in service-related fields, Richard Dyke serves as our CFO. His expertise spans Facilities Management, Engineering, and Construction. Richard has introduced Viewpoint Vista and various related procedures.
