Meet our executive team of experienced, resourceful professionals. Art Canales, President and CEO, joined Chamberlin in 1997, bringing a solid background in custom metal roofing products. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for C3. He has held board positions with the Associated General Contractors, American Subcontractors Association, and Associated Builders and Contractors.

With more than 33 years in the construction field, Doug Combes serves as our COO. He is a member of TEXO (AGC/ABC). He has been on the board for AGC, the University of Houston Construction Management Industry, and the Rice Design Alliance. He is also a past President of the Rice Design Alliance. He is presently a member of the Executive Board of Directors for TEXO.

Richard Dyke, our CFO, brings over 20 years of experience in service industries. His background includes Facilities Management, Engineering, and Construction. Dyke has implemented Viewpoint Vista and other related systems and procedures.
