Mark Chadwick initiated his roof repair career with a four-year apprenticeship straight upon graduating. Following his profession, he became a member of the Army, where he found time every to keep up with his trade. Spending 15 years dedicated to entire roof replacements, he chose to concentrate on repair work. He takes pleasure in the repair process because it entails specific efforts to track down the source of leaks.
Mark never employ sub-contractors. Mark remains present from start to completion.

This is the second time Mark Chadwick has performed preventive maintenance (PM) on my 24 gauge standing seam metal roof; once in August of 2020 and in March of 2024.
I have a HUGE metal roof and Mark was able to inspect & seal all roof protrusions to ensure extending the life of the roof and the roof underlayment, roof deck, fireplace cricket. etc...
I have already discussed my next roofing PM appointment for 36 months from now.
