BEWARE. I was referred to Chad from a friend who had used him and had a good experience for a small residential job for my retired father-in-law. I told him the size and scope of the work and he said it would be no problem. I set up an appt. with his foreman, who also agreed it was an easy job. Then, a week later when I contacted him about the estimate, he replied he'd call me back. Never did, even after repeated texts and emails. At least he could have had the professional courtesy to contact me and say he had gotten too busy or whatever. I guess it is best he did his disappearing act before he took my money. Also be aware that he has one contact number, his cell and it frequently has a voicemail box that is full.

I asked these guys for a quote. They couldn't even get this right. I called at least 4 times to get them to give me the estimate. Each time they responded that they'll send it to me, but I never received it. It would be better if they just said we are not interested in the job or we are too busy. I would not recommend this Roofing company because even though they didn't do any work on my house and for all I know they may do a quality job, they lack integrity in following up in doing what they said that they would do.

Chad's roofing hands down is the best! My problem happened on 12/16/2016 and after major delays in trying to get on the schedule with another company I called Chad on Wednesday, he was at my house yesterday, sent me a proposal last night and he is currently on my roof now. Three day turn around from from the initial call to getting the job done! Exceptional service!

We contacted Chad's Roofing first thing this morning after noticing a leak in our ceiling. He said he would send someone right out to take a look at it. Chad had his guys there within 30 minutes. They went up on the roof, took pictures so we could see what the problem was and fixed the tiles that had slipped and replaced the felt underneath. The job was completed in about 40 minutes!! They workers were courteous, efficient, and VERY reasonably priced considering we were under the gun to get it fixed before the next rainstorm.
We highly recommend using Chad's Roofing and will definitely call him again should the need arise.

We hired Chad to replace our roof and install gutters on our rental property. Chad and his crew are true professionals who go above and beyond for the customer. Chad gives you options when picking out a roof, makes suggestion on what you can do to make your roof last and has options for energy efficiency. Chad just finished a 4,000 square foot roof on our 40 year old home. He did a fantastic job. His crew was always on time, came early and stayed late. My yard was in perfect condition when they left.
