Bottom line... we got a great roof. But getting there was not the best. We hired Chad mainly because he was a one stop shop. He could take care of our pool solar panels on the roof as well as sealing correctly around the chimneys without hiring a mason. But we were also in a time crunch as we were moving and putting our house on the market. This is where communication broke down. Sometimes Chad would get back to us asap but other times we did not hear from him for weeks. He did not start the job when expected and we heard nothing from him despite texts & calls from us and our realtor. When we did hear from him, he gave us another start date which also turned into a no show. By the time he started the roof we were in the middle of our move. In the end, we did not get to see the finished product but heard from our realtor it looked great and was well done. I know the family who bought the house so I will update if they have any problems with it. I think Chad does great work, but he's not so great at communication. I would still recommend him as long as you are not under a time crunch.

We had a great experience with Chad's Roofing. I would highly recommend him. He polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our roof developed a leak over night. He promptly returned my call this morning and had a team of guys at my house repairing the problem quickly. Very professional and well mannered. Everything was left cleaner than it was before they got there.

Highly recommend Chad! After two roof tiles fell and shattered during a storm, I had intitally called another roofer in town. They came out for an estimate straight away, sent me an extremely expensive quote and then wouldn't ring me back to schedule the repair. A week later, I called Chad. He arrived within a couple hours of my call and fixed the roof on the spot. He came back a few days later to polish it off and it looked as good as new. Pricing was more than fair. He's fantastic! I really can't recommend him enough.

BEWARE. I was referred to Chad from a friend who had used him and had a good experience for a small residential job for my retired father-in-law. I told him the size and scope of the work and he said it would be no problem. I set up an appt. with his foreman, who also agreed it was an easy job. Then, a week later when I contacted him about the estimate, he replied he'd call me back. Never did, even after repeated texts and emails. At least he could have had the professional courtesy to contact me and say he had gotten too busy or whatever. I guess it is best he did his disappearing act before he took my money. Also be aware that he has one contact number, his cell and it frequently has a voicemail box that is full.

I asked these guys for a quote. They couldn't even get this right. I called at least 4 times to get them to give me the estimate. Each time they responded that they'll send it to me, but I never received it. It would be better if they just said we are not interested in the job or we are too busy. I would not recommend this Roofing company because even though they didn't do any work on my house and for all I know they may do a quality job, they lack integrity in following up in doing what they said that they would do.

Chad's roofing hands down is the best! My problem happened on 12/16/2016 and after major delays in trying to get on the schedule with another company I called Chad on Wednesday, he was at my house yesterday, sent me a proposal last night and he is currently on my roof now. Three day turn around from from the initial call to getting the job done! Exceptional service!
