Couldn't be happier with our experience. C&H were initially recommended by our realtor two years ago. We finally got around to fixing our roof this year. Carlos responded to our quote request within a day, and we were able to schedule our roof repair within the same week. They were able to complete the work in two days, cleaning up so well after each day that you would not even know major work had been done. Our neighbors were even impressed with the work and professionalism of the crew.

This company is roofing a commercial building on 3rd ave in Chula Vista where a friend has a business. while she was finishing up using the bathroom, she looked up and found one of their employees lifting the skylight and peeping in multiple times. This is disgusting! she even snapped a photo of him and you can see him smirking. this has been reported to the police but i would never recommend a business that employs workers like this.

C&H fixed some leaks in my roof last year. Some of them held up well but one did not. This year I called them about the fix that didnt hold up and I took me three calls to get the manager out to look at it. He finally did and then claimed that he fixed a leak higher up on the roof but not the one currently leaking. I wasn't too happy about his not taking responsibility for it (but didn't make a big deal out of it). I made him a deal: to split the normal cost, which he accepted. We made an appointment to get the work done and when the day came he was a no show. Bottom line: don't expect follow up from this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Carlos was so nice easy to deal with and unlike the parade of roofing contractors we had through here gave us a beautiful roof at a fair price. Our roof was big and complicated, with over 4k sq feet and many peaks, valleys, and skylights. They removed the old horrible MaxiTile and gave us a beautiful energy efficient roof. It took exactly as long as he said, for exactly how much. There was no surprise add on's or adjustments to the price. The guys were friendly and courteous, always showed up on time and even worked on the weekend to get the job done. We found C & H after 3 different roofers couldn't fix the leaky old MaxiTile, he was the only one that knew how to stop the leak. We knew we made the right choice when we called him to come back and give us a brand new roof. Thank you Carlos and crew we love our new roof!
