They were prompt and explained the problem and how to fix it. They showed images of the waterproofing system their company uses and how it works. We have a finished basement and we were concerned about the repairs that would need to happen to waterproof the basement. They went into detail what areas of our basement would be affected. Honest, affordable pricing, courteous, professional, and patient with our multiple questions. No pressure selling. The work looks great and we received a lifetime warranty. The warranty will also transfer to the next homeowner. We also used CGS to replace our roof and gutters. Great work and was completed in 2 days.
