I recently had my roofed replaced by CG Services. I'm very detailed and used a bid process, BBB ratings, etc.. before picking CG. My point of contact at CG is Brett Forrester. He is a champion of customer service and stayed involved from the beginning. He was here during installation and came back the following morning for a final check and clean up. Very impressed with Brett! The company provides a quality roof installation. Process includes the tear off, decking inspection, any needed repairs, and install of new shingles. They hand nail each shingle. This is not common but is a much better way to nail the shingles, and I don't expect to have issues with the wind. The company has excellent attention to detail!! Call and ask for Brett Forrester.

We had CG Roofing and Construction replace our roof in 2017 after the huge hail storm that visited this part of Texas. Our neighbor recommended them and we took his advice. The overall process was great. The estimate for work was close to what our insurance company paid and they work was completed in a timely manner.
My husband is not a roofer and took the word of the project manager Justin DeBakey regarding the completed work. Since then our home is up for sale and on a home inspection there were found several things not completed initially that had been paid for by our insurance company.
We have tried for over 2 weeks now to contact some one in the office and by the cell phone that we originally had. We have had no response or luck in getting this company to return call or come out and complete the work that they were paid to do.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We have now hired CG Services Construction & Roofing to replace our hail damaged roof twice- on our new and previous homes. And both times they did an impeccable job!
They are reasonably priced, efficient, and incredibly professional. They hand-nailed 6 nails per shingle, and were still able to complete the work in less than a day for each of our homes.
PLUS, we did not see any construction debris after they left! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reasonably priced, quality, efficient roofer.
