We recently had our roof replaced by Luis and his team. Although the long term proof will be how the roof lasts over the years we were very pleased by the process. The quote was done quickly and professionally and when we had questions Luis took the time to answer all our questions. His price was very fair and my research showed that the product was a quality one. As to the actual onsite work, we were extremely pleased. The job was performed in the time window we were promised. All materials, crew and the dumpster arrived early on the morning that the job started and the crew worked from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm both days to complete the job. When they left the roof looked great and they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. Everyone we dealt with were polite and professional. The dumpster was removed before I left for work the following morning. We were very happy with CFYs team.

CFY was recommended to me by a contractor in whom I have lots of confidence with. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their desire to achieve an excellent result. Within a day or two of contacting Luis he was here to assess the acute problem and he offered a few options. He also saw to it that a couple of other longstanding less acute problems were addressed. Their work was completed very promptly at a fair and reasonable price. The crew was very considerate and the clean-up was meticulous. Absolutely no debris or trash left behind! I would recommend CFY and will call them in the future when the need arises.

Luis was recommended to me by my realtor for a replacement roof. When I called he answered right away and showed up the next day to look at it. His price was fair compared to the other companies. He made the process easy for me. When they came to replace the roof his guys were great. Everyone was incredibly nice and did a fantastic job. Along with the roof they replaced the fascia on the front of my house because it was peeling and looked awful. They cleaned up everything thoroughly, locked my gate back so my dogs didn't escape and even brought a toy down my kids threw up there and put it in my front porch. My roof looks great, I couldn't be happier with the results! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Luis and the guys at CFY!

CFY went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a phenomenal experience with them. From the first point of contact to the last day of installation. They were kind and patient in helping us choose the color. The employees who did the installation were nothing but professionals. I remember in one instance a debris went flying down the street, I mean ALL the way down. They went chasing after it, in order to keep the neighborhood clean and tidy. Even the neighbors were impressed. Oh let's not forget the most important part, they were reasonable with their quote. If you're looking for roofing services, look no further than CFY.

We hired CFY to reslope our flat roof with a drain in the middle and redirect the water outside. If Luis thinks he can get away with cheating, he will. CFY cuts corners on everything:

To reslope the roof, Luis used cheap square insulation instead of slanted and not enough of it so, after adamantly advocating against making a roof channel, he approved what his incompetent crew did: sliced off several roof support beams, shimmied small pieces on one end without securing them and did not seal the connections! The plywood placed on top of that concoction cracked, but instead of fixing the mess the crew covered it up with thin roofing!

The sloped drain area was never leveled and just covered with soft thin roofing so it sinks in when stepped on!

2 skylights were ripped off and repositioned without fixing broken walls. The glass edges were painted with black tar that cracked within days.

CFY used leftover roofing material from other jobs creating patches with potential leaks.

CFY-made flashings were sticking out and had to be fixed several times

The scupper opening was initially left without a scupper and patched on the spot.

The crew had to be forced to come back several days to fix problems obvious even to non-professionals. The dirt flew all over the block and CFY had to pay a neighbor to clean his car.

Our rain barrel clogged and collected buckets and buckets of roof ""sand"" washed off from iffy roof areas the crew covered with tiny grains that are still poisoning our plants and yard 18 months later.

The water test left 1""-3"" pool on the roof, but we could not find another roofer to redo someone else's job. Initially uncooperative and obnoxious but unwilling to get his insurance company involved, Luis finally offered to return our deposit while refusing to pay for fixing the damage his crew caused. Even that limited offer never materialized and now he would not return calls.

CFY did a full roof replacement, including gutters and skylight.

The whole process was excellent:
-The office team was accommodating of our tough schedules, took plenty of time to explain the pricing and options to us, and extremely responsive to both calls and emails
-On-site job team was on-time, cleaned up thoroughly, and respectful of our space. Roofing work is inherently loud, but we could tell they took steps to minimize disruption and work with care, both inside and outside our home
-When the job team noticed some additional work might be needed, we were promptly contacted with clear explanations, easy to understand options (and trade-offs), and we never felt pressured or time-crunched

Overall we had a great experience with CFY (not something you always say about a construction or contracting company!), and would highly recommend them.

We are thrilled with the final outcome of our roof. We had the roof replaced because of leaks that have been popping up around my sky light the last couple years. They removed the sky light and did a complete removal of the old roof (it is a modular home so it had to be removed due to the weight). They also installed gutters which did not have initially but was needed for proper irrigation so damage to my foundation would not result. Luis and his roofing crew did a beautiful job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again ! sleep peacefully with no stress about whether we made the right choice or not. I'd recommend CFY to anybody. I have never been in the position of having to take care of replacing an entire roof and all the paperwork that is involved. I had done some research and came across CFY here on Yelp. Luis was the one that i got in contact with and he came out to look at my roof. He spent a lot of time checking things out and told me the entire roof needed to be replaced. I had already had several roof leaks as I was dealing with it earlier throughout the year. I knew immediately I wanted to use this company just by the way Luis handled his first visit. My insurance company sent out an adjuster and Luis also came and stayed with him while they were on the roof checking the damage. The adjuster decided that the roof needed to be totally replaced. Luis walked me through all of the paperwork from the adjuster and explained in detail what was on those papers. He has always be quick to answer any questions and has responded to me whenever I needed help with anything. The crew that did my roof was very efficient and friendly. They did a great job and the clean up was completely taken care of before they left my house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that was needing work done and definitely ask for Luis!

The team that came out to replace our roof, and re-seal our flat roof were great. They pulled all the tiles and underlayment, put down new felt underlayment and replaced the tiles in about 2 days total. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the nails and trash around the house. The second team that came out for the flat roof were just as professional. And even picked up a few things the first group missed. I had a question and had to call the office to get the answer in which they always got back to me as soon as possible in which I appreciated since the time I have is super limited. Great job would recommend CFY for your roofing repair.
