The team that came out to replace our roof, and re-seal our flat roof were great. They pulled all the tiles and underlayment, put down new felt underlayment and replaced the tiles in about 2 days total. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the nails and trash around the house. The second team that came out for the flat roof were just as professional. And even picked up a few things the first group missed. I had a question and had to call the office to get the answer in which they always got back to me as soon as possible in which I appreciated since the time I have is super limited. Great job would recommend CFY for your roofing repair.

Had the roofers come out earlier than scheduled they were very fast and efficient with the removal process. Had the construction zone under control and very clean and organized. The next process was to properly clean the roof from debris to inspect the decking to make sure it was in acceptable condition to place down the underlayment, which was a very quick process. They then began to unload all the supplies and all materials and put them on the roof all organized to easily and efficiently lay the shingles down. This process made it very easy for the roofers to get the job done rapidly. Last was to install the high-quality ridge vent which took no more than 2 days to properly installed CFY is the best of the best, high quality materials, great warranties, very responsive and respectful staff, educational and friendly. Could not ask for a better company to take control of the insurance process down to the final touches like cleaning all the construction area back to the prior conditions I highly recommend Luis as your contractor to get the job done right and as worry free as possible, with great communication from staff to homeowner.

CFY removed 2 chimneys and put a beautiful roof on my 1880 Victorian home. Luis came to the house and went up on the roof and took pictures. I told him what I wanted and he assured me they could make it happen. He was thorough and covered everything, explained what things I might want and why, and what things I didn't need and why. He brought up things I never thought of. They had a huge array of available roof colors, and I am very pleased with the roof color I picked, with matching gutters and downspouts. I wanted rid of my 2 crumbling chimneys that I didn't use, and I wanted my roof line to extend out over my problematic perpetually leaking Yankee gutters and have regular gutters hung. The crew was quick, nice and professional. Luis the project manager made sure everything was on track and I was pleased with the job. They were great to work with. CFY exceeded all my expectations. My roof is beautiful. I would highly recommend them. They are top notch.

Luis and Maggie are knowledgeable and trustworthy. The office team (Claudia and Victoria) is responsive and kind. And the crews (shoutout to Danny) are professional and hardworking.

Every time they've done a great job.

Months later we had a different issue that was too small for other roofing companies but too big for a handyman.

We had a great experience with CFY Roofing Construction for our roof replacement project.
Regarding the demo, the crew took great care to protect my house and property while removing the old roof. They made sure all old materials went into the dumpster as soon they were removed from the house.
They were very efficient and worked in pairs as they put on the new roof. Job was completed in 3 days which impressed me as i thought for sure it would take atleast 5 to complete.
The GAF Timberline HDZ shingles with the extra shadow line is a huge improvement from my old shingles. Really makes my house pop. We love the improved curb appeal of our house with the new roof.
The crew made sure to clean up before the project was completed and project manager even did touch up painting for me. Hard to tell they were even here! Overall, clearly a 5 star performance! Highly recommend CFY!

CFY Roofing is the best! The whole process was quick and straightforward. They gave us a bid for replacing our old roof, we chose the color of shingles, and then we set up a day to have it done. They came out, took off the old shingles, replaced some pieces of wood that were going bad, and put the new roof on, all in one day. They also did a great job of cleaning up around the house. We didn't have to clean up anything afterwards. I highly recommend CFY Roofing! ( Thanks again Luis)

I was in need of replacing my 10 year old roof. I got estimates from four different companies., and CFY explained everything to me and I felt the most comfortable and confident with them doing our roof, The entire process with them was a GREAT experience. The estimator, arrived on time, helped us choose the right shingles, the materials were delivered when they said they would be delivered and, the Project Manager, Luis, along with the installation team got the entire project done in one day, as promised. We could not be happier with the entire experience. We would give them a 10-star rating if we could!

It has been super difficult to find good roofers to say the least. We reached out to CFY along with many others and ended up going with CFY. Luis came out to give us a quote on the cost of reroofing, and subsequently answered lots of questions patiently over email. The front desk was also great at communicating and addressed lots of our concerns along the way. They came out to do the work right on the date scheduled, and finished on time in about the estimated days. Halfway through we decided that we would like to install passive vents and whirlybirds and they were also very accommodating - Luis came over and discussed our options, also removed the ugly satellite we no longer want or need. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price. I would recommend CFY Roofing Construction to anyone who's looking to do reroofing on their properties.

CFY Construction was very thorough... from estimate thru completion they provided very transparent scope of work description and detailed pictures. We were gone a large portion of the job and they sent pictures of the work that was being done approximately every other day. The communication was consistent and detailed, they were flexible and obviously wanted to work with us. I would use them again and I would recommend their service to anyone.

I searched long and hard for a reputable roofing company that would do repairs on metal roof and this company fit the bill. It had been in business for a long time and was still getting good reviews. The price was also reasonable. I found the owner, Luis, to be very approachable, down-to-earth and fair. The workmen, led by Francisco, were very professional, pleasant and accommodating. In my interactions with the company, I experienced a ""small business"" culture where everyone seemed to have a hand in the company and employees, including the workmen, still cared about customer service. The team did a beautiful job replacing my eaves and fascia and a thorough job with my roof maintenance. To my surprise, I could not find a single wood splinter on my driveway after they left. I really like this company and would definitely use them again.
