If you are looking for a new roof look no further than CFY, what a pleasant experience provided by this company!! From the initial contact to the finished product they were nothing but professional and caring, Luis the project manager, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in making the right choices. Luis and his installation crew were fantastic, they stayed past dark the first day to ensure our roof was protected from the elements and that was after having to re-deck the entire roof once they had stripped the old roof off, which was totally unexpected by everyone. Not to mention the finished product, I have always wanted a new roof and now I am happy to say ""I have a beautiful roof and it's better than I could have expected""!! Overall it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend CFY to take care of your roofing needs!!

I can easily recommend CFY with 5 stars! My expectations were easily above and beyond my prior experiences with a few other companies, as I was trying to find out if I needed a complete roof replacement for my aging roof, or not. They did not try to oversell me, and I was pleasantly surprised when they recommended a replacement to my ridge vents and some other little details for a very realistic and reasonable price - along with saying that my shingles still look pretty good! Luis is experienced and detail oriented (taking photos before and after from the roof top), professional, polite, courteous, prompt in communication, they are a local company, and more. My overall recommendation is to start with CFY if you are in need of any roofing services!

I needed a an inspection of my roof to look for a water leak. Luis answered my call and was at my house the next day. It turned out I had damage and needed a new roof. The quote was competitive and Luis was very timely with his communication. His knowledge and patience were reassuring as I had tons of questions. The crew that came to do the work were very efficient and meticulous. They ensured there were no signs of a roof repair when they cleaned up. To be honest, my deck was probably cleaner after the new roof than it was before they started. The new roof looks great and we couldn't be happier!

Last week CFY did a full roof replacement on my home and I am completely satisfied with the job they did. From the first interaction receiving the quote to throughout the job, the staff always displayed the utmost professionalism and courtesy. All of the team members were always available to answer any question I had before, during and after the project. The site managers and roof installers were punctual, showed great respect and kept me up to date on any issues they encountered. When the job was finished, the roofers meticulously cleaned up any debris and old nails. The office staff took care of all of the paperwork, inclding the warranty registration and permit as well as scheduling the wind mitigation. I would certainly recommend CFY. My roof looks great. This was our first re-roofing experience and I cannot offer enough praise for CFY and Luis for their professionalism, excellent quality work, and very responsive nature to all my detailed questions. We replaced our 30 yo tar and gravel roof with the new tech TPO membrane. Finding a company that specializes in installing this new technology is critical for long-term satisfaction and CFY definitely has the knowledge and skill to manage this new technology. Installation was perfect, all seams and connections were secure and weatherproofed. Skylights and vent pipes were carefully wrapped and secured, and all canales were fully covered. The crew was great and took the time to explain and show me how they installed the material, especially how they ensure proper sloping of the material to maximize water diversion into the canales. Clean-up after the job was perfect; no trace of material or debris left behind, either on the roof or the ground. We will definitely contact CFY if we ever need roofing work in the future.

When it comes to roof installations, customer service, and customer satisfaction, CFY has definitely set the bar high. From the office staff, to the sales reps, to the crews, they really are the best of the best. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help with whatever is needed along the way from start to finish to ensure a smooth roof installation. Site supervisor Luis is top tier! He sticks around during the entire install, answering any questions and supervising the job from start to finish to assure accuracy and efficiency. His friendliness and customer service skills are above and beyond. Considering a roof replacement can be one of the more expensive Home improvement projects, it's important to make sure it's done right the first time. Luis was my first point of contact when I had my damaged roof completely redone. He first came over and inspected the entire roof making sure the replacement needed to be done vs. a few patch ups here and there. When it was determined the full replacement had to be done he offered me different price ranges assuring me that either way I went the quality of the work and the materials would still last over a minimum span of 10 years of not longer. Once that selection was out of the way he proceeded to bring me color samples for the roof, the trim, the gutters and down spouts. The work was expedicious and it took his roof crew only a couple of days to replace the roof and his gutter crew an additional day. The crew did an amazing clean up job. They were all very courteous, quick and meticulous. Luis came to check while his crew was working and again after the work was done to make sure the quality of work had been met and to make sure the cleanup was up to par. I am very satisfied with how organized the job went. Luis made a big job feel like a walk in the park. I highly recommend CFY and would very likely use them again.

We could not be happier that we chose CFY to put in a new skylight in our home. Luis, Claudia and Alex and the crew were timely, efficient, great communicators, thorough, extremely professional and fantastic to work with. We were delighted to find a roofing company that had both a roofing and inside team to take care of all aspects of skylight installation. The whole process was easy. Luis came out and had the estimate back quickly. My insurance company had extensive experience working with them so there were no issues getting the storm damaged roof replacement approved. CFY kept me updated regarding when the job was to be done. Once on site I was given twice daily updates. I think there were about twelve workers at any given time. They cleaned up my property at the end of each day. Luis arranged for the stone masons to do their pre and post roof work, and they were friendly and efficient. The only down time was weather related. And I was provided with plenty of before and after pictures. The project manager came by the day after completion to make sure everything had been cleaned up. The Luis called me that day to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would use CFY again without hesitation.

We worked with Luis and highly recommend! He was incredibly thorough and accommodating throughout the process. We had a full roof replacement with new boards, insulation, and gutters. They were able to do everything, and we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Most importantly, there was an issue during cleanup (an honest mistake that could happen with any company) -- Luis went above and beyond to make us fully whole. No haggling or disputes that I might have gotten with another contractor. Just a quick email and he immediately took care of everything, and came back out multiple times to oversee the resolution and make sure we were happy.

Great experience overall, and highly recommend.
