Found this company through Yelp reviews. Luis is solid. When I first spoke to him, I could tell he was a person who cared about running an honest business. CFY Construction helped me with a small roof section of my house, roof maintenance, and two downspouts. His crew is knowledgeable and does great work. If you have a question about estimates or roof replacement/repairs, contact Luis. I'll refer him to others and will call him again for roof maintenance/repairs/replacement. Reasonable prices, honest company, and great work!

If you are looking for a roofer, don't look any further. This company is top notch. I have called and spoke with several roofing company and I'm glad that I picked this one. From the very start, Luis was very responsive to all my inquiries. He shared pictures of the condition of the roof, during construction and the final result of the re-roof. He did some extra work and stuff at the roof which was not part of the contract but because of his excellent customer service, he performed them anyways and I am really grateful for it. Actually, he is in process of painting sometime this week in some portions of the wall adjoining the roof where they did some stucco work and again, I'm just totally impressed. His price is very competitive and he is local based in Daly City. To sum it up, Luis and his crews are very professional, have excellent customer service and they do take care of their customers and I definitely recommend them.

I had my roof done by CFY about a year ago in Brisbane. Luis and his crew was fast and efficient. They always cleaned up after each day. They have excellent communication and fast response time. We had a tight deadline, and they really worked hard to meet that for us. We just finally had a decent good rain and had no problems.

We experienced the gusty winds last week, they were so strong that it ripped off something on our roof. When the wind would blow, something on our roof would rattle. The following Monday, I researched some roofing companies in our area via Yelp and the owner of CFY contacted me right away. He even made sure to have one of his guys come look at my issue because they were in the area. They noted that there were a few other things that needed repair before the big storm (later this week). Luis reassured me that his team could get the job done in time and correctly. I mentioned that I was on a tight budget and he was willing to work with it.
His team even removed an old dish on my roof that I didn't even know was still up there. They even sent a lot of pictures knowing full well I wasn't about to climb the ladder to stand on the roof (I'm afraid of heights, but that's besides the point.). Will definitely use CFY again for any of our roofing/gutter needs.

This company deserves more than 5 stars! My husband contacted 4-5 different companies about our gutters and Luis was the only one that responded immediately and did many follow up calls with him. We are very impressed with their professionalism that we just decided to go with them without the quotes from other companies.

They had time to come out the same day to look at our gutters. We were also concerned about our roof and we were going to ask Luis to have it checked out. Turns out he had it looked before we even asked! He sent us pictures, explained the issues, and gave us the quote. They managed to begin work on the roof right after the gutters were done. We are extremely happy with their honesty and value they bring to the business!

I'll also mention that everything was contactless for those concerned about COVID.

I contacted CFY construction via Yelp about gutter cleaning and they quickly got back to me to schedule a phone consultation. They said the only availability they had to do an estimate was 7am on Friday (which was early for us) but they didn't show due to a mix-up between their estimator and the office.

After the mix-up, I got a call from the owner who apologized profusely, came out the next say to give an estimate, and was even able to get his guys to start on the work immediately (at a steep discount). While the original mix-up was frustrating, I appreciated the quick turnaround on making it up to us and plan to continue working with CFY Construction in the future.

I really appreciated the quick response to my needs. They arrived the same day I called with masks and correct procedures for covid 19. They were fast efficient and did high quality work. My rooftop is beautiful and will last for many many years.
