BUYER BEWARE. This is not a good company. These idiots installed the roof and underlayment right over top of my dryer vent. It took several contractors to figure out what happened and that this company was to blame. After asking for fair reimbursement of my actual expenses, both the COO and CFO refused to reimburse me for my costs. Their insurance won't honor the claim because they have a $100,000 commercial policy deductible. Now I'm going to have to sue them in court to get my money back.

This might sound like an oxymoron, however here it is. The general workers r both respectful and hard working. Foreman and up r dishonest and offered no solution to a very simple problem. In fact one of the foreman stood in my face and tried telling me 3 different lies. If that's who u want in charge of ur project, Definitely hire CFS anything

Their drivers are aggressive on the road. Tonight at about 6:30 PM I was driving along a lane that was about to merge. I went to merge as I was well ahead of this driver and this person rushed ahead, cut me off and honked as if I were the one being dangerous. Driver 252 license plate LHLL83 was in too much of a hurry to drive safely I guess because I watched him or her tailgate the next car.

The original roof was placed by CFS and within 2 years it was leaking in multiple areas. They were unable to repair and a separate inspection company found they did not build according to Florida code and the roof would need to be replaced.
(Examples: deck screws were used instead of roofing screws. The tiles were improperly placed or not secured at all causing wind to pick them up and damage other property)
We ended up having to replace the entire roof by another company and it is finally leak free. Do not use this roofer. They will not stand behind their work.

Since we purchased our home we have had active leaks. CFS would come out and attempt to do patchwork which would result in more Leaks. We hired an expert roofing company to give an unbiased opinion. The results were the roof was not put on to code or properly. In March 2019 we paid almost $100,000 for another company to replace our roof. In May 2019 we had to have all of the wood on the bottom floor replaced due to water damage. CFS has been horrible to us. This was our dream home and we have only had issues.
Two months ago we received a magazine in the mail with CFS using our home on a full page ad to advertise their roofing company. It was the final slap in the face.

This company was one of the best roofing companies I have ever dealt with. They provided me a detailed scope of work and were here when they said they would be. They had my best interest in mind (which is rare these days) and they finished on time. I would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the entire experience. The receptionist on the phone the estimator and the two men who did the repair, they were professional and helpful.
