Another gold star recommendation by my realtor, Noah Grassi! Emmanuel and his team from Ceus Roofing made clockwork of my poorly patched roof from the previous owners and lack of chimney flashing. They were very easy to schedule, great communicators, arrived early, efficient and effective workers, and did a wonderful job to the point that the work looked seamless. I have had no leaks or issues since and I have had a few rains to test it out.

Overall it was a wonderful pleasure to work with them and all of the interactions with them were pleasant. Since we were following social distancing protocols at the height of the pandemic, I did not have very many in person interactions with them. Either way, I look forward to them updating my roofing when the time comes.

We had a complicated roofing job, with four (!) layers of shingles, a lot of wood rot, and a few other issues. Emmanuel and his team did a great job with everything, and threw in a few extras at no cost (such as putting vents in the roof). We got three estimates, and Ceus was the lowest. The only downside was, because they are a small company, they couldn't give me an exact date when the roof would be installed. That's understandable, given that they can't predict how long their jobs will be beforehand, but it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Emmanuel responded promptly for an emergency assessment when I had a leak in my roof after a heavy rain. He provided a free estimate, which included a certain amount of replacement boards (no other company included that in the estimate). His estimate was also the lowest out of 4 estimates. Once I agreed to the job, he was great at communicating the timeline and expectations. Throughout the roof replacement, he was very responsive and responsible. When the removal of the old roof created a small crack in the drywall of an interior ceiling, he was quick to patch it, no questions asked. His workers were timely and respectful. I would definitely recommend CEUS! You get high quality work but you don't have to pay a premium price!

Emmanuel quoted us the best price out of all 12 San Diego roofing companies we met with for our roof leak. 12 roofers might seem like overkill, but it was a very tricky leak and we wanted to ensure the leak was fixed permanently. Emmanuel and his team were quick, respectful, and thorough. They got the leak fixed and even did a water hose test with my wife and I for 30 minutes to give us peace of mind that it was indeed fixed. Emmanuel then helped us identify a leak that was in our upper window, we never would have noticed this other leak if he hadn't pointed it out. Great service, follow through, and they went above and beyond for us!

Wonderful contractor! My patio was terribly built by Conquest Construction (don't EVER hire them!) Emmanuel and his crew removed my horribly leaking piece of crap roof with ease and with zero mess, nailed down the entire tongue n groove base that Conquest didn't even bother to do, and reinstalled 12 solar panels before laying down my beautiful torched down patio roof. Awesome communication, fast and quality. Hands down the best price I've ever received, and I've had many bids on that job. If I ever need painting I will hire him in a heartbeat! Thank you Emmanuel and your hard workers!

Ceus did an outstanding job on my garage roof. The roof needed replacing for some time but I'd delayed doing it because I thought it'd be too expensive. I contacted Ceus and they came and gave me an estimate within 2 days. The price was very fair. Once I was scheduled for the work, they showed up on time and replaced the roof, fixed some beams and replaced some rotted wood. The new roof is really beautiful and the tile now matches that on the main house. They also evened out the old roof. Really a top notch job. I highly recommend them!
