We are pleased with Ceus Roofing and Painting. Emmanuel made me feel confident of his work by taking pictures of areas responsible for leaks and then explaining in detail how these areas would be repaired.

Of two bids I received and reviewed, his was the most thorough and the price was a couple hundred dollars less. Price was not a factor though. I chose his bid because his was the most detailed and gave me the most confidence.

When his crew finished every day, they cleaned the ground of all debris and picked up nails. At the end of the job they left me with 15 spare concrete tiles for the future. They also swept the lawn with a magnetic catch to pickup nails hidden in the grass. Excellent Work - Thank You Emmanual!

Great work. Emmanuel & his crews did a wonderful job, painted the entire interior of my 2 story home. They made things look easy but I knew it wasn't easy at all. Absolutely great company! Emmanuel is easy to deal with - and very accommodating. I shopped my re-roof project out to several different contractors in San Diego. CEUS not only provided the lowest bid, they also offered the best labor and material warranty! I was told the work would take 4 - 5 days, but these guys completed it in 3-1/2 days - ahead of schedule.

They started the work on time, crew was friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend CEUS and Emmanuel if you need a whole new roof - or just repairs. Thanks CEUS for a job very well done!

These are the guys we chose after lots of research and visits from 8 roofers. Emmanuel's proposal was utterly professional, flexible, reasonably priced and his email communications were consistent. We had to wait a long time to get them here because of a)the rain and b)they are clearly in-demand for a reason. But when the time came they were on time, accommodating and professional. The job looks great and no leaks yet as this endless rainy season continues.

Ceus Roofing re-did a flat roof for me. I was very satisfied with them during the entire process, from getting the estimate to the completed work. Emmanuel was very easy to work with, super-responsive to email and text and they did what they said they would, in the time frame they provided, within the budget that was agreed on. During the heavy rains in December 2018, my home had a roof leak. Emmanuel from Ceus responded promptly and was able to give me a detailed report from the inspection. The actual design of my roof isn't the best as there were areas that water could get trapped instead of draining off. It had been pooling against the chimney. No only that, but the metal flashing around the chimney was installed either upside-down or backwards, and was also too short to protect against the pooling water, which was getting underneath. The only reason I know al this is because Emmanuel walked me through the issues and showed me directly on the roof and with detailed pictures. We were able to schedule a day within the week of the inspection, and most importantly, he fixed the problem. There was a heavy rain a little after his work. No leaks. And all the heavy rainstorms that hit us in 2019--no leaks!

I also thought the pricing was reasonable. Without a doubt, I recommend contacting Emmanuel from Ceus Roofing.

These guys are the best!!! Emanuel came out and gave me a very fair price for a complete tear off and reroof (I got two other bids from other top yelp rated roofers who were both much higher) and his team came out and did a great job, including replacing and painting a lot of wood that had rotted. The work was great, but the transparency and honesty on the process and cost sets these guys apart.
