My roof started to leak during the heavy rains and it just got worse and worse over the next couple of weeks. I got their name from some of our neighbors and I am glad I did! These guys were able to come out faster than other their competitors and they were honest. They were the only ones to go up on our roof and take pictures so we could see what the problems were. They fixed our roof for the best price and I totally recommend them!

This company did a great job replacing the roof of my 1927 Craftsman home in Normal Heights. Jose was there any time I need to talk to him and was glad to have our business. All of the crew were hard working, friendly and polite. They cleaned up the site twice a day-so there was as little mess as possible. I felt the price was reasonable and my roof looks great. It is always difficult to have a major project done at your home and difficulties always come up-no way around it. They made it as painless as possible.

Ceus did a new TPO cool roof on our 3 unit apartment building. Jose had competitive pricing and was easy to work with throughout the process. His guys were experienced, respectful, and tidy on site and did a great job repairing the existing damage (pretty extensive). The roof turned out excellent, was money well spent. I had a minor paint color issue with the gutters they also installed, and he sent his painters out AFTER i had paid in full, no push back etc. Speaks to the honesty and integrity of this outfit, and they get the job done

Really solid, local company. Jose even rearranged his schedule to do an estimate for our leaky shed roof at a time that worked better for me than him (thank you!). During the estimate, he invited me up on the roof, explained everything to me, which made me feel like part of the process. Other contractors often do so without involving me in that part of the process. I like to know what is going on, want to know as much as I can about my home, so I appreciate it when a contractor takes the time to point things out to me, teach me things I did not know about my home or construction in general. Jose is that contractor! Gave us a great price, and the two crew members who completed the job embodied the same level of care and quality and professionalism that Jose has. Even with my 4-year old twins buzzing around the back yard, they remained focused, worked hard, and kept everything clean (and safe) during the whole process. I would definitely use CEUS Roofing again and recommend their services.

CEUS Roofing and Painting did a FANTASTIC job on my 2900 sqft re-roof (house is only 1530 sqft but the roof is a larger surface area and more than one contractor that bid gave me the same approximate measurement). They tore off 1 layer of asphalt shingles and 1 layer of cedar shake shingles. Put up new sheathing, synthetic underlayment and quality architectural shingles. They showed up on time as scheduled (even 1 day early!) and worked hard. The team was friendly and respectful.

They were also very well priced. I got something like 10 quotes that ranged from $13,500 to something like $35,000 (Sears after a ""discount"" from over $40k which would have required us to sign same day as receiving the quote). CEUS came in close to the low end, plus additional cost added at the end for expected rotten wood replacement.

I picked CEUS after getting all those quotes because of price and their lead roofing manager, Jose Sanchez, was always super responsive. Many of the other companies were pretty bad about responding to calls, e-mails, txts. Jose always responded. Also, when you talk to enough of these roofers, you get the sense that many of them are trying to scare you into buying into their system warranty and everything else they're selling. Jose never tried scare tactics, no pushy sales tactics like Sears, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He comes across as super honest and straight forward. This is coming from someone who has done full DIY re-roof with my family as a teenager, so I have reasonable experience in everything that goes into a roof. CEUS and Jose are A++.

I had them do repairs on my rental house as well and they were great then, too.

CEUS came out and did a thorough analysis of the roof (by actually going up on the roof). Jose gave a good estimate for the repairs needed and his team did a very good job. I felt they found and corrected a number of problems in a 45 year old tile roof. I would certainly use them again.

My mom needed repairs done to her 30 year old tile roof and didn't want to get a whole new roof because she was going to be selling the house within the year. Jose answerd me quickly, was able to come by the next day and was the only roofer who actually went on the roof to assess the damage.
His prices were competitive and he was honest!
His crew was fantastic and worked their tails off. They did everything and more and cleaned up every bit of mess and even went through our yard with a magnet to make sure they didn't leave any nails behind anywhere.
Would recommend Jose and his crew again in a heartbeat!!
