We had 4 roof leaks after all of this rain we had in SoCal this season and we managed to get several quotes on repair or replacement. David came out quickly and chatted with me about my options. Upon receiving their proposal, I compared it to other quotes and they beat them all on price, material and warranty. After being pushed out several weeks due to the rain, and the company being backed up, once they scheduled us they showed up on time, were super efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. I will say that David was EXCELLENT with communication. Every time I text him, he responded and was always cheerful. I would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family!

Absolute horrendous experience that felt like I was getting scammed on a 2 week project that took over 3 months due to lack of communication and willingness to work from this unprofessional company.

After they received my deposit, they started to give vague responses and replied once a week. Stood me up on multiple scheduled appointments without any update or prior notifications. Never acknowledged or took responsibilities for any of their mistakes despite me calling them out. City inspection failed a handful of times but they wouldn't explain why or provide a resolution/path going forward.

Nobody should go through the same experience!! If I hadn't been persistent, the project still would be in the planning phase as of today.

Final Update:

After a lot of initial resistance and unwillingness to talk to me, I feel like this company did eventually resolve my concerns. After more time had passed and we were better able to assess the damage to the facia, it looks like it is likely they repaired the underlayment correctly and that the continuing damage to the facia was from some other cause (could be settling or from wet wood finally drying out, never did fully get to the bottom of it). They did come back out and they did a much better repair of the damaged facia. Ultimately, I think all of my issues resulted from their office's initial total unwillingness to talk to me and come back out and inspect their initial work. They eventually did come out and address my concerns and for that, I changed my review from a 1 start to a 4 start review.

In February 2023 we had to have our Spanish tile roof completely replaced. We had our house fumigated for termites (normal for SoCal every few years) and the company who actually did the job (Next Generation - DO NOT USE) broke almost 410 tiles when covering the house. Long story short, we noticed a house in our neighborhood getting their roof replaced and new solar panels installed. I spoke to the Forman and we subsequently hired Certified to remove our solar panels, replace the entire roof tile (and paper) and reinstalll the solar. They were professional, on time, cleaned up everyday after work, and all in all a great company to work with. Remember, this was during the rainy season and they were able to tarp the house and still complete the job in satisfactory time. I recommend using them for your tile roofing requirements. Secured us quickly into a timeline. Additionally, roofing team and supervisor were solid, on time, cleaned up and completed early.

Had issues with a roof leak on one of my older properties. I was going to have it patched and it could be done. Certified gave me an estimate for a bit more then a patch job and with a 20 warranty against leaking or pooling. This company was prompt and clean. There was no trash or left behind nails. They were not the cheapest but in the middle and I'm happy with the communication and was kept up to-date on process. The roofing material was better then the higher bid that I received from another roofer.

After a year our roof still looks great and we have not had any issues! We were looking to get solar a couple of weeks ago to beat the the nem 2.0 deadline but they were slammed like all the other companies. We would have went with certified roofing specialist if we could. Jose was very helpful and even offered to come out for a small fee afterwards to inspect the solar install to make sure everything was properly installed.
