Freddi and Ethan are very helpful and answered kindly any questions I had during the entire roofing job. They covered our swimming pool with plastic and cleaned every day at the end if their day.

I had CRS reroof my entire house, install a solar system, and upgrade my electrical panel. I picked them because they gave me the most reasonably priced quote for the roof and solar job, whereas another company quoted more for only replacing the roof by itself. In terms of the work done, they were unbelievably fast. The roof replacement and solar/electrical panel only took a few days each, and everything was done with permits. I felt they often went above and beyond, such as when they helped me move a hot tub that was too close to some power lines in order to pass a city inspection. If there was one thing that could have been better, it would be the communication. I felt as though I had to push them a little bit to get the ball rolling on start dates for both the reroofing and solar project, but once started they were pretty on top of it. Overall I would highly recommend going with CRS for your roofing project!

After getting bids from several roofing companies, we went with Certified because their reviews were excellent and the price was right in the middle. We got a nice cash discount. Our salesman, Leo, was timely and responsive to all our questions and requests. They began work bright and early on the agreed-upon start date. Both the job supervisor and job foreman were friendly and professional, answering all our questions fully and timely and meeting all our requests. They showed up on time each day and the job proceeded smoothly, exactly as discussed, each day. Really, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I received three quotations for a new composition shingle roof in Mission Viejo. Certified Roofing Specialists were highly recommended and also gave the best price quote. Better yet, their quotation included all the things that would keep the house cooler. Some things I hadn't even thought of. Besides using ""cool roof"" shingles, they added radiant barrier sheeting and sub roofing. They installed continuous ridge venting that would release hot air from attics without need for fans. They noticed a need for additional soffit vents for air intake for the second floor which was included. During installation they found facia boards with significant termite damage which they painted and replaced for a reasonable additional cost.
They offer solar panel installation as well, but with the changes brought about by the new roof installation my entire house is considerably cooler and requirement for A/C greatly reduced. It is mid July and I have not turned AC on downstairs for the several days since installation and used only for a few hours upstairs. At this point I'm holding off on solar panels due to energy savings.
The roof looks great, the cleanup left the yards immaculate. The entire job took 3 days for a 2300 zq ft house and the only fee above the quote was facia board repair. Also friendly knowledgable staff.

The team performed a roof replacement including a wood shake removal with Owen's Corning 50 year roof. The job was finished in 4 days and they brought all their own equipment and portable bathroom. The house was cleaned after the job they only needed to enter the garage due to the wood shake removal. It was also the best priced quote I received for the job.

Just as many others have said, we were very pleased with Certified Roofing Specialist. We received 3 other quotes from yelp businesses for a whole flat reroof and they were by far the most professional, responsive and competitively priced. They also had the best warranty. It made us feel better that they stand by their work.

The actual work went well and any concerns we had in the interim was addressed.

Lastly, we had bad experiences with contractors that wouldn't respond after we paid them but they came back after we noticed a slight imperfection and they fixed it perfectly! Thank you CRS!

I had a single tile slip off my roof and break, so I called Certified Roofing Specialists and they were able to set up a visit in just a couple days.

Juan Carlos and his team showed up and were incredibly friendly. When they got on the roof, they noted that while it was in good shape, it needed a little extra patching. They did that quickly and professionally. When they were done, he gave me a summary of what exactly they did and the state of our roof (luckily it's in good shape!)

The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid and I was more than happy with it. Not only was it the cheapest quote I got (compared to three other companies), I believe Juan Carlos went above and beyond what I expected.

They also cleaned up the broken tile and gave me an extra one just in case I need it in the future. Thank you so much!
