Two months after initial repair in June and one return to ""fix"" we now have multiple leaks, repeat and new, as well as new internal damage, confirmed from ACE's shoddy work.
A $1600-1700 repair is now costing us thousands because Eric's guys cut corners.

He's never come back to even review the work himself and just denies it has anything to do with their work.
Filed w BBB and seeking legal recourse.

I can't say enough good things about Eric and Ace Roofing! He gave me a wonderful price; high value for my money. He took plenty of time to answer my many questions. He gave me a written estimate, and I had no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. His crew was polite and profession. They showed up when they said they would and didn't leave until the job was completely finished AND thoroughly cleaned up. I was so happy with my great looking new roof that I turned around and hired him for another project as well.
