it's been two months since my roof was installed. I thought we could work things out, but it is obviously not working. Kyle showed up today before the roof was to be started. We did a walk around the house and came to an agreement that the front gutters were to be taken down and it was my responsibility to put them back up, the gutter on the side of my house was supposed to be removed and disposed of just the opposite happened I have no gutters in the front the gutters were sitting in two pieces off to the side of the yard and the damage gutters still on the side of my house after contacting Kyle the same day I'm trying to stop the workers from destroying them they don't understand Kyle showed up and I explained to him what happened that some mistakes were made maybe we could work something out then they sent me an estimate for $2100 for my gutters then got another estimate for another company $1200. Is that a deal for who I contacted everyone I dealt with Adam-Kyle-Alex-slade with no conclusion even after I told them their job was not finished. I just replaced the gutters on the side and in the front I have the pictures of what the job was done before & after, the bottom line if you wanna spend more money and spend a day power washing your driveway in your house this is the company that is for you. Oh by the way, have you ever heard of a roofing company charging you to remove your tarps off your house before they put the new roof on ?

disgusting customer service! the roof is six months old and there have been two leaks?! how?? the landscaping is completely full of roofing nails! the issue is management! not office staff!

almost $50,000! and it's leaking and they won't back up their work!!

My roof was 24 years old it was not leaking it it was time to replace I asked Facebook for recommendations on people who have had work done the one that's stood out was the certified root thing solutions, I had gotten three estimates they were the best of the three was very happy on how quickly they came out to give me an estimate, Two weeks later the roof was on I also liked how well they cleaned up they left nothing unclean, They even blew off my front porch everything went smoothly Skyler was there and checked up on everybody working and they gave me the peace of mind I definitely would recommend them.

I would highly recommend Certified Roofing for any roof service. We had our roof replaced and they did a great job prepping, installing and cleaning up, all in one day. We are very particular about our home and they exceeded all our expectations.

1.) They installed the wrong color flashing (pure white) which does not match (cameo/almond). They told us we could hire a company to paint the flashing to match.

2.) They left the water heater vent pipe at a 45 degree angle ~ it took quite a while, working in a very cramp, hot attic space to correct it.

3.) They were supposed to repair the decking, but roofed right over a bad spot which seriously indents when stepped on. I pointed this out to Tyler, and he admitted it was a problem, but never did anything to correct it.

4.) They neglected to repair a 20 ft section of gutter, which was in the original estimate, and when we called them they agreed to have it done and billed us on a separate invoice. It took 3 weeks to get the work done, and the company they hired to do the work had no issue matching the cameo color.

The worst communication and very slow and poor service. Paid for a reroof $15k and I still have leaks 4-5 months later. Took 2 months to complete the job due didn't take proper measurements of the roof materials that had to be special ordered and still cane in wrong. My patio is also flooding that didn't before and I'm still dealing with a leaking roof that they either can't resolve or just don't care after they've been paid. Taking it up with the county and then the state if it can't be resolved. I don't recommend this business for anything but headaches and wasting money.

they may charge less but beware you get what you pay for......
i have a very expensive screen pool cover....the roofers had all kinds of trash on the screen. the shingle pieces are like sandpaper and heavy..
they were laying on screen roof. they were pulled and slide over the screen putting all kinds of small tears on the screen....it will cost me $800. to repair....i was told by the girl in office rachael that they did not do it ...she called me a liar threatened me with a lien and collections...

when she should be apologizing for the damage and the mess they made on my vehicles. showed up 2 days after i cleaned driveway without my knowledge and blew debris off roof onto my two expensive vehicles while supervisor only one who spoke english talked on the phone.. they finally washed my vehicles with the hose.

they also put 2 holes in the street with the delivery truck..this is a hoa community...we just paid to have the street resurfaced...again they say not there fault..
