This company is terrible. I worked for them for about 8 months and they are a joke. They do not follow up with clients. They do not execute projects correctly or in a timely manner. The what's so called ""administration or customer service is absolutely terrible"" the owner ANTONIO JOHNSON is a very corrupt man. He has threatened me and sabotaged every project. Do not choose certified roofing and gutters. More like certified POS'S.

Side note it's all a HOAX company they are not legit by any means.

I had a roof leak and made an appointment. They came out to troubleshoot and determined that the leak could be coming from an area around the chimney cap that needed to be sealed. The technician charged me a substantial fee to allegedly seal it, but that didn't correct the problem. When I called and asked them to come back out and troubleshoot, the appointment kept getting postponed until eventually my calls went unanswered and unreturned. I won't be using them again.

Certified Roofing did a fantastic job installing my new roof. They made the process simple and painless. The roof was done in a day. The final inside repairs were done to perfection. Due to the roof leak, half of a wall in my living room needed to be replaced. Ricardo and his team came in and did an outstanding job making that replacement. You cannot see any seams or lines in the repair. They also did a great job with the painting. I have referred two friends to Certified due to their outstanding service and quality of work.

Certified Roofing and Gutters helped me through the insurance claim process for my home. I was able to lean on the team there to make sure that all my questions were answered and to know that they were able to discuss my situation with the adjusters. Once I received the estimate and claim check for my roof, the job was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The crew came out and worked tirelessly to knock out the work in 1 1/2 days. We were really pleased with the workmanship and the time frame that it took to move through the entire process!

Certified performed a total roof and gutter replacement at our home in January 2012. As of today, we are still waiting for them to come out and fix some legitimate warranty issues (such as water infiltration!!!). After 7 months of non-responsiveness, we are absolutely fed up. Do not believe the '10-Year Warranty'! Poor workmanship and worse customer service summarize our experiece. Please look elsewhere and don't waste your time with this company.
