Visited the property after I was contacted by Alex that the crew was wrapping up and the final inspection by the County was called for. The inspection was completed and approved the next day and I walked the roof and found the workmanship to be outstanding. The roof looks GREAT and Alex's crew went the extra mile and painted my lead vent shields brown to match the ridge vent color. A nice touch and just shows how much the team members want the roof to look great! Could not find any debris on the grounds and saw that the crew took the extra time to ensure that my gutters were not damaged and that they were cleaned out! While at the property one of my neighbors stopped by and asked me what I thought as the crew was on the property and had the entire job completed in about a day and a half? He said he wanted his roof done and I told him that I would DEFINITELY suggest he use Certified Roofers and contact Alex for a quote. I told him that he would not find a better company nor person in Alex Sanchez to work with to make sure that his roof was professionally installed. I did have more wood decking in need of replacement than I had expected, but Alex included 6 sheets of plywood (not OSB) in my estimate and the extra sheet cost was reasonable! Don't hesitate to contact Certified Roofers & General Contractors when one is considering a new or replacement roof! Alex and his team know what they are doing and they get it done fast and RIGHT!

I called this company for an estimate the appointment was set for Friday between 8am and 9am and they were a no show, and they didn't call, what a waste of time. I chose them because they are highly rated on yelp but I guess you cant always trust that information

Alex Sanchez and his crew did a great job in replacing my aged roof!
Alex was very open about the aspects of roofing and wjat type of roof I needed to meet my needs of both my budget and the code of the home.

Even though I was not present for the job the workers lefr our home as though they were never here.
The area was left clean and neat.

The estimate was spot on and the proper areas were attended to that needed repalcing.

I highly recommend you take the time to give Alex and his crew a chance at your home with an estimate.

We just had our roof installed by Certified Roofers. Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone was so accommodating. They have the personal touch that most companies lack. They came to the house and sat down with us to explain the process and options. We had a hard time deciding on a roof design. Stephanie was so patient with us and helped us pick the perfect design. Installers were very professional and hard working. Once job was done they cleaned up and looked like no one was ever there. Highly recommend this company.

BEWARE & STAY AWAY!!!! I have a receipt that they did all this stuff to my flat roof & I have a 3 year Warranty for my entire roof. I have had numerous contacts with this business & it's owner Mr. Sanchez. They sent a young man out who climbed on the roof & stated it was in terrible condition & needed a new roof. I explained the situation & he took 3 cell photos of the contracrt.
Several days latter I spoke with the surely & gruff owner, Mr. Sanchez, who stated he had no record of anything being done at our address & needed a cc of the contract , showing paid in full.
The employee returned again & took photos of the contract. The owner denies any knowledge, even though we have a cx check to his company.
This is my 88 year old mothers home & it is obvious she has been completely been taken advantage of, by this unscrupulous company.
There is only 1 other review for this company & if you notice the supposed YELP reviewer only has 1 review. The review he did 21 days ago on this company. I don't know about you, but I have a hard time buying into that review. Also the pictures are from 2012 of random houses.
Certified roofers were at my mom's house & they got on the roof & made some noise, what exactly they did, only they can account for & believe me they are taking the low road to nowhere, with rectifying this situation.
2 rooms in the house have ceiling damage due to the faulty roof repair & the homeowners insurance is being cancelled at the end of the month, due to the roof problems.
I checked with BBB, prior to them doing any work, no problems. Guess next review will be on BBB.
Okay Mr. Sanchez, balls in your court, the truth always eventually becomes clear.
What's a girl to do? I checked with BBB, YELP & my poor mom still got taken advantage of in this process. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DO NOT USE OR PROMOTE THIS BUSINESS. I t should be -5*.

I went with Certified Roofers to put a new roof on my home in the South Tampa area. From top to bottom Eddie and Joe presented themselves with professionalism and honesty. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof installation.
