Looking for a good honest roofer? Be sure to call Sergei and his crew at Century Roofing!! We had been looking for a roofer since September of last year either they promised to come out or did come out but never followed through with estimates or contract and the pricing was just horrendous. Sergei came out immediately and followed through with every promise he made. His crew came out on a Wednesday and was done on Thursday, job well done!! Our job was not a full roof just a 18x34 patio and that didn't matter to them no job too big or too small!! Need a roof give them a call you won't be sorry

I signed m proposal on 12/27/17. I decided to call on 1/4/18 to see if they received it and if we could set up a time for them to come out because I wanted someone to be there while the workers did the job. The girl I spoke with was newer which is fine I'm very understanding. She said they might have an opening the next day and would check and call me back to schedule. They didn't call me back that day so I figured I'd hear from them within the next few days. This morning (1/5) I received a call at 830 saying they were on the way. LUCKILY my fiancé was on vacation so I said that's fine go ahead and fix it. Well they started setting up before he even had the chance to move any cars which could have been in the way of falling debris so he had to have them move all of their stuff in order to move the cars. They fixed one spot but said they didn't have to fix the other spot because it seemed okay (the quote has 2 areas to be fixed / checked). So after multiple back and forth calls to the office (because the workers spoke mainly Spanish) I wanted to make sure everything would check out good, a little lip from the girl to my fiancé, finally they started working on the second spot.
Now I'm giving two stars because yeah they came out quick and fixed it but I wasn't nearly prepared for them, my fiancé did get a bit of attitude (he understands Spanish so he did know what they were saying but he isn't the best at speaking it) from the workers and the girl on the phone and the one thing that I'm really bummed and disappointed on is the colour shingle they picked to ""match"" ... just look at the photo. I'm really bummed because now I have to basically save up and get the whole front redone just so it looks good. Honestly I have yet to find a roofing company in central Florida that I haven't had an issue with. I've had 2 other repairs done - one for removing a skylight and I will say I know for a fact there are shingles that match my roof unlike these. Bummed

This is a very honest company. I needed to do an extensive repair to a tile roof. They did an outstanding job repairing the roof. Later, I found a spot on the other side of the house that needed repair. They came out the next day and fixed it for no charge. I give century roofing my highest recommendation. Five-star customer service and the owner will do what is necessary to make things right for his customers.

One of their estimators came out to price a job for me. I gave him a deposit in the form of a check, which he accidentally lost. He was very apologetic about the whole incident, and I felt like it was an honest mistake. I called the office and explained everything, and I was instructed to put a stop payment on the check. I paid the outstanding invoice as soon as I received it.
Laura Sanchez called me from their ""Collections department"" and was incredibly rude. Apparently the lost check was found and their company attempted to deposit it. Instead of trying to figure out what happened, she was rude and demeaning. I asked to speak to a manager, and she hung up on me. I called her back, and she hung up on me again.
This was my second time using Century roofing, and I will never again do business with them because of the way that Laura Sanchez treated me. The estimator who lost the check made an honest mistake; this lady was just downright rude.

Very professional. Very reasonable. My roof was damaged by the large oak tree in front of my house. Twice century came and repaired the roof. They were excellent. On July 4, the tree branch fell on the roof. I called the insurance company and some other company came and did terrible job. The tree is gone now but my respect and praise goes to Century Roofing who came yesterday and repaired the mess the other company made. They are professional and courteous. They also do great work.

We have dealt with Century numerous times but we are now waiting since Oct '16 for our roof to be repaired. It has been impossible to get them out or get a new contract to complete the repairs even. I don't understand what the problem is. I figured they were busy but this is a really long time now.

A wonderful company, knowledgeable and very skilled employees . Excellent customer service ,skilled crew, finished the job within the planned time .Natalie responded to all of my email , I was very impressed and I will hiring them again Absolutly Yes!

Century roofing did roof repair for me and also siding repair. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the work immediately. Two things very important for a contractor!! Their staff was courteous and nice and had good communication skills. The project foreman followed up with me daily to report on worn status. The deposit they request was fair and total amount was t asked for until work completed.

I am so disappointed in the entire process from start to finish. Called them, because they had good reviews. It took them almost two weeks to get over to do an estimate. That should've been a red flag, but he came over did the estimate, then it was another 4 days or so before we got the proposal. Price looked good, so we agreed to proceed. Now.... trying to actually get the roofers here. That was another process that took TOO long! I had to make multiple calls.. then they finally called back, set the appointment for next day. No indication of time or doing anything special. They were ringing the doorbell at 7:15am!!! Scared out of sleep, they tell us to move our cars. Why couldn't she have told me that Tyne day before??? Well, job is done..i think... nope, they left a huge mess of rocks and dirt in the garage. In the washer, the laundry room.. and we almost ran over a nail! Another uphill battle to get someone to call me back about this ridiculousness!! They came back, thought they would've cleaned it better...nope! Dirt in the washer, on the ledges, still!!!! Are you kidding me?? Who knows if they'll follow up about the rotted wood inside the garage that wasn't fixed....
My point?? I will never, ever use them again nor recommend them to anyone I know!

I am very upset and disappointed. I waited three weeks to have someone come out and look at my roof, I was upfront saying I was a renter and my landlord asked me to get quotes for repair. I wasn't told this was a problem and was given a date three weeks out. I got a call today that my Friday appointment was moved to today in an hour. I was then told that because I couldn't make a decision at that exact moment they were going to charge for the estimate. I don't appreciate pressure tactics and take advantage of hurricane victims. At all.
