Called Rick and he answered the phone himself. Real nice guy and he came out the very next morning. He was very responsive and communicative. He quoted me a price over the phone and stuck with that. And while he was on the roof, he sealed all the pipes on my roof and painted them to match. Additionally, he noticed my gutter was clogged so he unclogged that for me.

Looking for a skilled, professional, honest, trustworthy, reasonable, licensed and insured contractor that actually picks up his phone and follows through, Century Roofing/Rick is it! (I managed properties so worked with many repair/contract companies over the years, and finding all those qualities is a rare find!) Happy to have found Rick/Century Roofing! After our recent storm, looked up at my bedroom ceiling and there was a leak right above my bed! I put buckets out and plastic over my bed. (Ugh! I just wanted to sleep.) Then took time to research and make calls. The other companies did not compare. I can't thank Rick enough for fixing the roof so timely, efficiently, and professionally! Now this healthcare worker has a dry bed/bedroom and can get her needed rest during these very busy pandemic times. We will be using Century Roofing for other property work in the future, and referring to friends.

Just had my new roof finished by Century Roofing today. After calling several companies for estimates, I decided on Century for several reasons. Rick did answer his phone, he happened to be in the area and was at my house within an hour. Gave me the best estimate by far, and I had called several places. He Used quality materials and didn't try to up sell me on anything (like telling me plywood needed to be replaced when it was fine). He started two weeks later and finished the job in two days. His employees were awesome. Rick knows his stuff, he's a no-nonsense kind of guy, and hands on with his business. He was up on the roof with his employees overseeing everything and doing a lot of the work himself. Another reason I went with his company -- he offers a 10 year warranty on his work. The other roofing companies I called offered 1 to 5 year warranties. I love my new roof.

I called for an estimate to repair broken concrete tile roof tiles on a Friday and Rick came by in under an hour. He inspected the whole roof and gave me an estimate on the spot for less than half of other roofers. We scheduled the work for the following Monday. He arrived on time, completed the work , as well as some additional wood rot repair and painting not a part of the original estimate. Very satisfied with quality of his work. Recommend very highly!

I had a small leak coming from the roof. Rick found where the problem was, fixed it and fixed some other problems he found on the roof. All at a reasonable cost. He was timely and efficient. I was happy that he was able to resolve this problem so quickly.

Thanksgiving day we had a leak that came from our skylight. The property management company called this company and he said he could repair it. After the rain stopped he came out and put a patch over the crack and charged $300.00. I was reluctant to believe it was repaired. This morning it's leaking again. I called him and his own words ""well I'm not a skylight repair man"" then added that our "" building is a dump"". Not sure what that had Anything to do with the bad job he did, And there is nothing he can do. My question is , why didn't he say that he was not a skylight repair person and decline the job In the first place.

After recent rains, discovered a leak.

I made calls for estimates, i was either uncomfortable with the contractor's attitude,
or I couldn't get a response or they were NO
shows.

I had used Rick previously and saved his info.
He promptly responded, made an appt and showed up.

His estimate was MORE than reasonable and he got right to work completing the job before the next round of storms. He even brought extra tiles in case they were needed!

I cannot recommend him enough.. hard working old school professional.. hard to find.

Rick came out and repaired an old roof of ours right before the first major rain. We had missing tiles, flashing issues, cracked tiles & etc. Rick came in and completely took care of us. Great attitude & great workmanship. I would recommend his services anytime and will use his services again myself.

I really liked this guy Rick. He was on the money when he arrived to see what I needed done and showed up promptly to do the work. A very personal man unlike some other reviewer said. He did a great job and also saw something else that needed fixing. He didn't charge extra for that. I'm very pleased with his work. The repair job matches my shingles exactly.
