Had someone come out to look at a roof repair and install vents around the roof as our house is more than a 100 years old and doesn't have proper venting. Sam came out and he was very knowledgable and polite. I got a very good feeling from him. We got a quote right away to do the job. My husband had a couple simple and quick questions to ask before we booked them for the job. It has been two weeks now and they flat refuse to speak with us and answer our questions. We have called and left messages. We have emailed multiple times and we have been blatantly and flagrantly ignored. I took months to even get a company to come out to look at our roof for the repair and now it's clear I'm going to have to start all over again. So, in a couple years when we have to have our entire roof repaired this company will not be getting our business. If they had just taken ten minutes out of their day to answer a simple quick question they would be getting repeat business from us. Bad business model.

The estimate came the lowest among 3 roof companies who came to do the estimate. I was spektical at first because of some negative reviews here. However, the company was used by my Farmers Insurance for roof inspection. So.I decided to give them the job. They actually came to do the job one day before it was unitially scheduled. I requested they replaced a piece of wood and a cracked tile that were not part of their estimate and they agreed to do it without asking for more money. I had asked them to provide me with pictures of what they did and the pictures showed they did a good job. Until the next raining season when I can test if the roof will still leak again which I hope it will not, I gave them 5 stars now for their competative price, good customer service and good workmanship. Will edit the review if it turns out in the next raining season that the roof is still leaking.

We recently had a roof leak. AAA Insurance recommended Central Valleys ELITE ROOFING Company and we were thrilled with the quick response and the work performed. If it's rains in your area, don't use this roofing company.

I made an appointment to have roof repairs done on my day off. Unfortunately it was raining that day. they call stating they can't come to do the repairs because of the rain. When i asked when will they be available to come out, they were unwilling to reschedule another day to come out. The worst part is that they said "" If you find someone else to do the repairs, let us know."" What kind of customer service is that. Sounds like a roofing company who doesn't care about their customer's home and they don't care if someone else does the work they were contracted to do.

Save your time and money and find another roofing company willing to work.

My experience with Elite Roofing was nothing but professional and enjoyable. The quote was reasonable and less than anywhere else that had bid me. I am so glad that there is still honest family businesses that are able to operate in such a professional manner. From my experience on the phone to the owner himself coming to look at the roof it really felt like a family ran business unlike other companies who send out any person to bid a job. They came and did my roof - but did not clean up. I was told that they would clean up so much that they would even use a magnetic pick-up tool so no nail would be over looked. They did absolutely no clean up. My husband and myself spent hours cleaning up nails, scraps of metal, old roof shingles and all kinds of debris. They did call 4 weeks after the fact and offered to come by and clean up. Bullshit.
