I was not very happy with the work of Central Roofing, after paying almost 200% of the amount of the original bid and inspection and waiting several months for them to get started on the job.

Poor communication, poor workmanship and unreasonable costs and delay. I had to pay almost $20k on top of the original bid, after my roof was basically removed. Never again.

I want to say what a professional company Central Roofing is. Brendan was great to work with. They were so easy to deal with and to coordinate our Industrial building roof repair. They took care of everything including coordinating with our HVAC vendor, and the cell tower company's equipment on the roof. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

Brendan and the whole Central Roofing team have been fantastic to work with. I work for a property management company, and have extensive experience with roof replacement/repairs. Believe it or not, finding a great roofer is hard to find as you have to look for quality service (from managers to the technicians actually conducting the repair/replacement), competitive pricing and a strong warranty. I reached out to Brendan for a proposal and from start to finish, he was professional, helpful and an overall pleasure to work with. I never had an issue getting a hold of him, and between him and his team I was updated with every weather hiccup/delay or inspection appointment well in advance. I can't say enough about how positive the experience was. They are worth every penny, and I'm so thankful to have found them!

I don't write reviews often as I am busy but I will take the time to do so because of the excellent service I was provided by Brendan at Central Roofing. I am a property manager in the LA area with several different types of properties. I use Brendan at all of my properties because of the service he offers to my company. I would highly recommend Brendan to anyone needing roof work.

As a commercial property manager my portfolio of properties represents a lot of roofs. I have dealt with many roofing companies over the years, but none have been as responsive and professional as Central Roofing. If I need an estimate or a professional opinion, Brendan Jones always comes through for me. Central Roofing has replaced numerous roofs for me over the years and their crews have always been a pleasure to work with. They have been accommodating with our schedule, courteous with our tenants and have delivered a top-notch product at a fair price. There never seems to be a good time to tear off and replace a roof on a commercial structure, but Central Roofing makes the process as painless as possible. If there has ever been a question or concern, even after the fact, Brendan and the entire Central Roofing crew responded immediately and have always brought resolution in a fair and equitable manner. I recommend Central Roofing to anyone and everyone who needs a quality roofing company!

Their sales department is amazing. Always on top of things and very responsive to the needs of their customers. The work the company does is outstanding, great follow up. Hands down, one of the best roofing companies in the area.
