I just had a great experience with Central Roofing. I had a new roof put on by them about 5 years ago. I had a water leak and I contacted Mauro Rivas who is their project manager. He had a tech come and fix it before the rain yesterday! I couldn't believe how quickly they responded and fixed the problem! I was impressed because most customer service is lacking these days especially when the job is done and they have your money! I highly recommend this company for a job well done and for their excellent customer service.

I have contacted this company twice and it doesn't appear thay want my business. The first contact we needed a quote for 2 commercial roof tops for our fiscal year budget planning. No one came out and when I discussed with a person on the phone, they just said plan at a particular cost per square feet. Yesterday I called again for an estimate for a another roof that is leaking, we have 27 building at our location, I was told they would call back in the morning. Nothing yet. So much for emergency services. Is the 3rd time the charm. Not

I assist with general maintenance at my office location, and Mauro Rivas and Felipe Osuna have always been extremely responsive and patient to explain their process.
We had an appointment with them this afternoon to recover the roof after our HVAC tech had completed maintenance, however we ended up needing their services much earlier this morning.
Mauro was super responsive and was able to get his field superintendent to our location within the hour, that really saved us from dragging out this project. Thanks guys!

Our commercial building had several roof leaks. It is a flat roof with a rubber membrane. We called Central roofing to come out and look at it. They recommended that we allow them to do preventive maintenance on the enire roof. They brought a team of people out and spend the better part of the day cleaning, re-seaming it, and sealing around all roof penetrations where rain might seep in. We could not be more pleased. There was one spot that got missed but the team came back out and fixed it without an issue. I highly recommend Central Roofing for any roofing needs.

As a Senior Property Manager, I've worked with a number of roofing companies and I can say that I had a pleasant professional experience with Central Roofing. I had the pleasure to work with Tim Jones and Felipe Osuna installing two new Coating Polyester Reinforced Emulsion Roofs. Felipe went above expectations to maintain the buildings clean during the roof projects and updated on the progress as needed. The working crew was respectful. The job was done on time and roofs look great. Felipe and Tim shared before and after pictures, which look great. I will definitely use Central Roofing again and highly recommended.

As a woman, it is always a challenge finding an honest vendor that is not trying to scare you into spending all of your money. Dave Wilkes came out to our commercial property in Irvine to give us a quote for our roughly 20,000 square foot roof and he was super informative. He picked up very quickly that I had little knowledge on roofing and gave me a short crash course and tips that were super helpful.

Also - Central Roofing was the third or fourth roofing vendor I met with and the first one to even mention a silicon layer as an option.

As a portfolio manager, I've worked with numerous roofing companies since the mid-1980s. From 2009 we continue to use Central Roofing for our commercial properties. Their project team (Brendan, Dave, Mauro and Cecilia) are reliable and roofing crews are professional installers. If work is properly installed, it minimizes warranty repairs. BUT THIS IS ONE RARE roofing company who also honors its warranties. Having listened to other property managers horror stories, they've called back to thank me for referral to Central Roofing.
