After a slight scheduling mixup, Fabian's crew came out to fix a leak in our roof. Unlike the other companies who quoted reroofing, Central Roofing was the only one who offered an option to repair the patch with a discount if we move forward in the future. The patch was done within a few hours and our roof looks good again. To make up for the scheduling complication, Fabian gave us a significant discount.

We are so grateful to Fabian of Central Roofing, Inc., as we came to him overwhelmed and bewildered after having interviewed many roofers, and ordering an unending number of sample tiles for our tiled roof...we could not make any definitive decisions about either.

Fabian is truly an expert and knows his product. He patiently broke it down for us, in terms that we could understand and helped us develop the perfect roofing system that addressed all our needs.

Within the very same week, his crew was on our roof! They arrived promptly at 7 AM each morning, in spite of their very long commute (over two hours!) The crew was friendly and approachable and eagerly addressed all our concerns. While Fabian and Angel appeared on the site multiple times, Fabian was always just a text or call away... he is open to FaceTime-ing as well;)

We found Fabian to be very fair when pricing the scope of work to be done and even more so, he also helped us preserve our existing tiles for resale, which greatly helped offset some of the cost.

I am forever grateful to Lory from Boral Tile, as she introduced us to Fabian and Central Roofing. She described Fabian as, not only an expert in his field, but as a genuinely, great human being, and we couldn't agree more!

I got bids from 5 roofers. Central quoted the lowest price, save for another company. I appreciated that they called a number of times before I made my decision, asking if I had any questions. They could start almost immediately, which was another plus in their favor. The work was done at the price quoted, the workers were friendly, and they did a good clean-up. The only negative was the job took longer than expected, but that was never a concern. I recommend them.

Fabian and Angel were very professional and responsive. I have a shallow parapet style flat gravel flat roof with 6 downspout exits through the stucco parapet wall. It's a really non-ideal design, but Central Roofing was able to work with it and offered a 5 year warranty on their work.

Fabian was great to work with and got us scheduled as quickly as pandemic-era city permitting allowed. His crew showed up on time every morning around 8 AM, replaced all my roof's plywood, increased the downspouts and exit sizes, and put a double membrane seal. Pricing was fair given the scope of work.

Only reason for not giving a five star review is that after work completion, we discovered a leak in the roof in the exact same area where it originally existed. Fabian had one of his top guys come out immediately (on the 4th of July too) to inspect the entire roof and patch the leak, which was a very small issue with one of the membrane seals. The response was great, but wasn't terrible happy that the inspection wasn't done properly at the end of the job itself.

I would recommend Central Roofing to others.

I live in a Condo which which has an HOA that recently used their own company to replace our roof. Since I didn't have a chance to work or speak with them directly I was concerned about the quality of job and had a lot of questions since we have our AC units on the roof, gutters that were replaced, etc. After calling around, I got connected with Central Roofing and told them my concerns. They were more than happy to come out, walk me through the new roof, and did a full inspection. Best part was they ended up not even charging me! Goes to show there are still great companies out there with exceptional customer service. Gave me peace of mind to have them come out and inspect our unit as well as to give us tips on what to look out for, how to spot any wear and tear over the years and more. Highly recommend and will be using them for any roofing project in the future.

Been long overdue replacing our roof and discovered Central Roofing here on Yelp. The reviews were spot on. Angel and Fabian take a great deal of pride in their craft. The estimate was competitive; the scheduling of the work was really fast and the team did a terrific job getting the work done. Would totally recommend these guys for the excellent service they provide.

My experience with Central Roofing was great. Fabian quickly contacted me and sent out his father to provide me an estimate after I requested one. The estimate was very fair. There was no hard sell like the other ones who contacted me. He was straight forward, knowledgeable, professional and did not try to sell me on anything I did not need. Once the job started he kept in contact with me through out the job. The job was completed very quickly (three days for the entire roof with new decking) and professionally. I am very happy with the final product. I would defiantly recommend the company.

Had an old tar & gravel roof, home was built in the 60s. Fabian and Angel came out right after I called for an estimate. They are very professional. I had no problems, no wait, getting the bid. They were ""Johnny on the spot""!! I was very happy with the price, and they got rolling on the job just as soon as possible; it came out great! I got a composite shingle roof and new gutters. The neighbors have all complimented my new roof, and a few of them have asked about getting their roofs re-done. Good work Central Roofing crew. Well done!!!

Unprofessional!! Trespassers!!! I didn't even get any work done. To start I had an appointment set up early morning. I got a call from Angel asking to reschedule for a later time between 12:30 to 1 pm. Without getting a call back and saying yes come at that time! the guy shows up to my house at 12 pm, at the same time there was somebody already here for an estimate. I don't even know he is sitting in front of my house but when I return his call he said I'll come back. 20 minutes later he doesn't say anything to me proceeded to climb on my roof and leaves with out a word in English! Or French or Spanish for that matter. I wouldn't trust the company like this they show their true colors before they even started the work
