My skylight started leaking badly on a Sunday. I called and spoke with Scotty on Monday morning. His son came out Tuesday morning to diagnose our problem. He brought samples and was very knowledgeable about the product. Scotty and son had our new skylights with shades installed by Friday. They were timely, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a leak in one of our living room skylights. I called Angi but did not complete the list of questions. Scott got my number from that questionnaire and called me later that same.day. He came.the following on time to assess and give a free quote. We made a date at that point for installation. He and his son arrived on time. We had both skylights replaced along with 2 bathroom solar tubes. The job was completed in the expected time frame. They cleaned up when the jon was complete. My only complaint was that the small bathroom had a 10 inch tube and he installed a 14"" inch tube which meant cutting a larger opening in the roof and ceiling causing a huge mess. I would have removed everything in there if I was told.ahead of time and now everything has to be cleaned thoroughly!

Scotty you are just amazing to work with. You came right out to us when we thought there was a leak in the sky light. After you came to inspect you found a leak on the roof below the skylight showing loose shingles. You went above and beyond by securing the loose shingles and taring the bathroom vent on the roof and then caulked around these areas again and then re caulked the sky light even though this was not the problem and it was holding up perfectly. Your customer service is stellar and your sweet personality is just such a pleasure . Thank you for taking care of us. We are telling anyone who needs skylights to shop no further than you!
