Central Coast Truss was easy to work with, their prices are reasonable and the crane operator that delivered the trusses was excellent loading the trusses on the building. Very professional all around. Would highly recommend.

Once my husband approved of the design, he made the trusses quickly and delivered. We are very happy to work with a company that delivers what they promise and then some.

It was/is a difficult task trying to find available subcontractors to help rebuild homes lost in the Tubbs Fire. With all local resources exhausted, I came across Central Coast Truss in Salinas, CA. Held my breath and made the call in hopes they would service our local Santa Rosa area. I have since used them twice and wouldn't hesitate to call Dave again. They are a family owned company, personable, worked step by step with me to get the job done. I truly appreciate them literally going the extra mile(s) to help in a stressful situation.

Fortunately things went okay and the trusses worked
since we were involved in ensuring the measurements were done and double checked however the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Specific Issues that we had:

1). They brought an undersized crane which couldn't reach the entire span even though they were onsite taking measurements and knew the distance

2). Getting in touch with this place is a challenge to say the least. Emails and calls are not returned promptly if at all. I would have to call multiple times per hour for several hours to get updates Seems like there are 3-4 guys named Dave here so I was never sure which one I'm talking to.

3). They rely on an outside party to perform the calcs

I'm not sure the other truss company is any better but I
would definitely do some research about other options before proceeding with these guys.
