Central Bay Roofing did a fantastic job on my house from start to finish. They responded immediately, and Leo was able to not only give me a quick estimate, but also explain his recommended roof choice for the house thoroughly. Other companies may have cheaper quotes, but the knowledge, expertise, and overall workmanship from this company outshines the rest. These guys know their stuff and take care of the job very well. Very happy with the torch down roofing system they did. They also handle all aspects of the roof as needed. Mine included new gutters as well as some minor wood repair. Truly a 5-star company worth reaching out to. Thanks a bunch to Leo and the entire crew that worked on the house!

I contacted Central Bay for a roof replacement quote. Justin came out to give us a full detailed breakdown. Despite the expertise in knowledge he demonstrated regarding what we needed, we weren't able to afford Central Bay's quote. Justin was still kind enough to offer consultation about what we should expect when hiring another company and answered every question I had. If you want a top notch roofing job and you can afford it, I highly recommend Central Bay.

Central Bay Roofing replaced out roof in April 2022. The project took a week. The workers were on time (8:00 every morning), were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. The final costs were in line with what we expected--no ugly surprises.

I was impressed with Leo Garcia, who handled the project. Like his crew, Leo was very professional. When he arrived to look at our roof--(before we had decided to use Central Bay Roofing), Leo went up on the roof to examine it and spent far longer up there than any of the other roofers we had asked to look at it. When he came down he not only had a detailed explanation of what was wrong with our roof, but he showed me three dimensional computerized diagrams of our roof, which made what he was discussing much easier for a layman to understand. None of the other roofers did that. Leo always kept me informed as to any problems that arose during the project.

I would definitely recommend this company for roof work.

His crews did a phenomenal job and cleaned the job site before they left.

Central Bay Roofing was recommended to us by our architect, and we were very happy with the service. Leo came out to quote and his knowledge and fast response were instantly reassuring. Leo worked patiently with us through some negotiations with the solar company we were using.

The team doing the work was polite, punctual and took extra care to make sure the job was done well. They also worked very efficiently completing the work in just a few days. Just in time too - we had a massive rainstorm just a few days after the roof was replaced.

No leaks, and a very satisfied customer!

You know that sick feeling you have when you write an enormous check to get something huge done to your house? We just felt it, but it didn't last long and we feel better now because Central Bay Roofing's people were amazing and we felt at every moment of the job that we had chosen the right (and as it turned out cheapest) bidder for the job.

Sometimes you wind up paying for a service where everyone seems to be involved for the art, for the grace of just doing a beautiful job. This was such an experience. I cannot recommend Central Bay Roofing highly enough.

I can not recommend Justin and his crew enough. They did a full gutter replacement of an overhanging tile roof. They matched the colors perfectly and did a beautiful job on the gutters and drain pipes. We took a while to decide what we exactly wanted done, but Justin was always there and ready to bounce ideas off of or go forward, but never rushed us. He runs through his thoughts and explains every aspect of the project completely. I really appreciated that and felt it instilled confidence in the work he was doing. On top of that, the price was fair and he followed up after to make sure everything was perfect.

We could not be more thrilled with the new roof that CBRR installed on our home. We recently purchased a beautiful old arts and crafts home in Berkeley. The house had a 90 year old trasnite (asbestos) tile roof that was really well past it's useful life. The job was very complex, as the roof has a number of unusual elements, lots of different angles and is pretty steep in places. The project included quite a bit of wood repair work due to rot, installation of all new copper flashing, new and repaired copper gutters, roof a large outbuilding and rebuilding of a large skylight.

Justin and his entire crew were very professional, communicate really well throughout the project and did a truly amazing job. All our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the new roof looks and how impressed they were watching the crew work.

They did a small roof repair and replaced a gutter for me and fit it in just before the rain. They did a great job, did what they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves. Justin Green was very knowledgeable and professional. When it comes time to replace my roof, I will call these guys.

Justin Brown at Central Bay provided excellent service in the replacement of our 62 year old huge church roof. Their price was reasonable, and work on our highly pitched roof was well beyond our expectations. Justin supported us with our decision making process, which was a long drawn out affair. They placed plastic sheeting on uncompleted sections when two untimely rain storms hit, without our prompting, saving us from damage. We are very pleased and definitely recommend them!
