I wish I did not have to give them one star. If I could give them negative stars I would. My sister in Tamora T. Panama City Beach had this company to put a rubber roof on her home. Within three days of it being put on it started leaking. She contacted the company to have them repair it for it to begin flooding two days later. Once the second leak happened in a different spot from the first the company sent a supervisor out who realized that the work was horrible. They removed part of the roof which they were supposed to do initially however did not. The supervisor had them do the job they were supposed to the first time. This would be great except they punctured the ceiling and it began to leak worse than it did before. They then refused to come back and fix the mess they made and demanded payment within 24 hours or they would put a lein on her house. Her roof looks like a patchwork quilt and she is embarassed with how it looks not to mention the obvious problem of a leaking brand new roof! Every time they returned it got worse and worse!!! NEVER use this company!!!!! If you choose to use them you better have your attorney read their contract which leaves you with no legal rights against this disreputable outfit!!!

Called to have them come out after Hurricane Sally, she said they'd be out that week. Nope. Waited another week. Nope. Called and told them if I didn't hear from them that Friday I'd go elsewhere. They had the nerve to call Monday and I laughed. Uh....no, you had your chance. Be a LOT MORE PROFESSIONAL and keep your word or at least call your clients.

Had them come for an estimate on a new roof from my house, and they refused to give an estimate without presenting them with my insurance information. When I said that I wanted an estimate based on supplies and labor, he absolutely refused. When my elderly mother said that all she wanted to see was an honest estimate, he snapped at her for calling him dishonest. Finally just before we kicked his sorry butt off our property, he said ""You want an estimate, here's your estimate... everything your insurance company gave you, and then some""

Absolutely disgusting behavior, terrible customer service, and not just a scamming POS company, but trying to force the hands of Hurricane victims to scam their insurance companies by proxy. I would rather live in a condemned roofless house than give this garbage company a dime. The worst of it is I see their trucks at big projects like high schools and government thing, so they're still scamming me via taxes. And they're probably scamming enough money that they won't go out of business like they should.

I hired this company to tarp my roof after the hurricane. Initially, I thought they did a good job. I was wrong. Two and a half weeks after they tarp the roof. Water continue to enter my home. This is when I realized, once I look around the neighborhood and compared the work that was done on several houses correctly as opposed to the job that was done at my home. They charge me $1,700 for the work. I contacted the company, and was informed that they would send someone out to fix the problem. No one ever showed up. I called them again the following day, informed them that no one showed up and that I still had the problem. The lady took my information told me that someone would definitely be out after lunch. No one showed up once again. Just bad business.
