One of their drivers almost hit me as I was backing out of my own driveway in a subdivision community where the speed limit is like 20. They weren't near when I started backing up so if I was fully backed out of my driveway by the time they started holding down the horn, they had time to see me and go around. Even tailgated me on the way out. No, I haven't used their services but just because of that, I never will. Thanks

Ok. They screwed up and it took over a year to get fixed. So why did I give them five stars? Well, first the roof was over our porch so not leaking inside the house and hard to catch since the infrequent rain came at night or when I'm at work. The installation crew came out twice but failed to fix the leak. I called them this time and they no longer work for CenTex. Good job Chase! Once I called Chase he was out within a week and did the job right!!! Wish I could post pics on here cause it looks great! Jesse did much of the remodel and is top notch as well.

I am a big fan of John Ivy at Cen-Tex Roof Systems!! This company is rock solid and local. John made my experience easy when we had a bad hail storm. I had no idea on how to make an insurance claim and was a little frazzled. He put me at easy. Walked me through it and got it done!! Easy as 1,2,3!

All the people were very professional and they explained how the process would work. The work was done on the agreed date. They put on a new roof and rebuilt my chimney. The chimney looks great. The person who rebuilt the chimney did a great job. The installers were very polite and asked several times if I wanted anything else done and if their work met my expiations. They kept the area clean and did a great final clean up.

We used this company last year to replace roof and make repairs after a hail storm. They went above and beyond what was required of them. Although some repairs took a little longer to complete, they were thorough and we were well satisfied with the work done. We would use them again if repairs were needed and would definitely recommend them.

These guys are the best around! I used them when I first bought my home and Gary came out and gave me estimates for repairs up to replacing the roof. I went with the repairs due to the multiple other repairs the house needed. When it's time to replace the roof, they will be the ones that I use for that project. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs!!

I called them out for a quote after a hail storm. They refused to give me a quote without seeing what the insurance paid. When I showed them, they quoted me the amount the insurance charged. I used another roofer and when they asked why, I told them I got a much better price from another roofer who did not even ask to see the insurance paper. Cen-Tex then came back with a lower price. I did not use them because I don't like those type tactics.

I am so pleased with their work that I can say...I love this company. Excellence in roofing! I was terrified to have any work done on my house, because of our previous experiences with residential contractors. Oh. My. Goodness. They did what they said they'd do and when they said they'd do it. They run large crews who take so much pride in their work, and made our new roofing job pleasant and painless. Yes! Go with this company, and actually enjoy construction. I wish I'd have found them two homes ago!
