Cecilio and his crew are lifesavers! I knowingly bought a home with a bad roof a few years ago. I knew it wasn't going to make it through another winter. My initial dealings with Cecilio began when my home was in Escrow. The roof needed a repair prior to purchasing. Cecilio responded immediately & repaired it the same day. I kept his information so that I could eventually hire him to do the whole roof.

His team was SO professional and responsible. Each day they worked, they kept everything so clean at the end of the day. Upon finishing the project, I didn't even find a nail! The team was hardworking and got the job done within 3 days! I was very impressed!

The wind caused damage to our roof. Called this company to come out and give an estimate. The guy asked if a insurance company was paying or private pay. I answered a insurance company. Then he asked which one. I asked why that mattered because maybe we have a bad one. He said just wondering. He then texted to confirm day, person who will be present, and roof estimate. Then he never showed up on that day. I texted him to see if he was still coming and he never responded. Unprofessional, unreliable, and (if it's because I asked about the insurance company) a little vindictive to make people wait around and not show up, respond to text. Instead just be honest and say I don't want to do business with you.

From start to finish the professional customer service on the phone to set up the job, showing up to start at the time set, and completing the paperwork was excellent.
