Great Mom & Pop company. They have done amazing work for a commercial building in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. Their price wasn't the absolute lowest of the 5 quotes we received, but there were 3 other companies that charged higher than them (one was double in price!). They communicate well and reply swiftly. They value customer service and look out for the customer.

We were in Alhambra, CA visiting our son during all the rains in January. Our son has an older home and it had 2 small leaks but these rains were so strong several more leaks appeared. I looked under Yelp for a roofing company. I chose C&D Roofing in Alhambra. Sean Tweedy answered and was so very helpful. He used a satellite image of the roof and gave us a quote. Price was lower than my son had been quoted when he bought. A great deal but our son could not do it at that time. We called Sean back and Sean told my husband exactly what to do for a patch on a flat roof. Sean helped us so much. This company is professional and true to their word. My tar and gravel flat roof was in need of replacement and I wanted to go with a silicone roof instead. A longer lifespan, improved leak and crack resistance, improved elasticity, efficiency and reflectivity, made silicone my first choice over other roofing coatings and materials. Despite it being a costlier investment, this was going to be the protective layer on the costliest investment I've made thus far in my life, my home.

Enter C&D Roofing and Restoration. They came in at a very reasonable cost and I watched as their team tore off the old roofing materials, fixed the areas that needed repair, washed everything down, and then created my new roof, layer by layer. In addition, I also had them replace my aging dome skylight while they were up there. True professionals, Sean, Dean, and the C&D team (led by Pablo) made the process easy. They showed up on schedule day after day until the work was complete.

I've always been fascinated with the study of weather, and always look forward to the rare rainstorms in Los Angeles. Thanks to the quality work of C&D Roofing and Restoration, my enjoyment and relaxation at home during a rainstorm is completely free of the worry associated with leaks. The new skylight looks great and lets in more natural light. Also, on those hot sunny days, my home stays far cooler inside than ever before, thanks to the reflectivity of my new silicone roof.

The price was very reasonable compared to a couple other quotes I received. They also have a very good warranty. I felt comfortable knowing that they have specialized in flat roof repair for 40 years I believe. They also did a sealant around the sky lights which is where we get the most leaks. They were very patient with all my questions and reassured me with a lot of information because I really didn't know anything about roof repair. They were very kind on the phone and always prompt to respond to texts and emails. They used a drone to send me footage of the repairs which was very cool! All their workers were nice and helpful and respectful. I definitely recommend this company.

Highly Recommended!!! Dean Tweedy, and his son, Sean Tweedy, and their specialty 'cool roof' and patio deck replacement team (led by Pablo) delivered our new 'cool roof' and three (3) patio decks with speed and certainty. They provided a crew of five (5) to multi-task and get the job done in 2 weeks. They removed furniture from the patio decks, provided new decks and were extremely careful when relocating the furniture back to its original locations. The 'cool roof' 3 material phase installation was impressive to watch be put down....and the water test turned up roses!!! The roof is water-tight and so are the patio decks. Evidence of Quality Control. Added benefit - we did not have to remove our Solar Panels from the roof to replace the roof system. A significant cost and schedule savings. Call C&D - for a water tight roof at a reasonable price.
