We highly recommend CCR Roofing. We needed a new roof. We chose CCR Roofing because of the 30 yr warranty along with the 50 year limited warranty. The sales pitch was clear and not pushy. Once we decided on a specific shingle color, the start date was scheduled for within 2 weeks. The workers started on time and completed the installation in one day, as promised. Several workers came by the next day to finish the clean up, which included retrieving nails that had fallen around the house. We appreciated the follow-up, which included checking with us about the installation and making sure that we received all documents concerning the warranty.

We asked a lot of questions, which were clearly answered. Overall, this was a very good experience.

I worked directly with Aaron on my outdated and worn out roof. I was really impressed working with him because of his attention to detail and personally walking around the house several times before the project allowing me to ask as many questions as I wanted specifically getting into drainage questions etc. Aaron truly cared about the quality of his work and followed up to ensure we were happy with the project after the fact. Rich came out and did a free roof estimate, got the service set up quickly. Early morning repair appointment got rained out, but they still came out once the weather cleared up and had my roof done before dark! I have to give them props for still coming out during the hottest part of the day to work on a metal roof, bless their hearts! If you are looking to get your roof done, USE THIS COMPANY! They ended up coming by sometime in October asking if they could do a free inspection. I'm always down for free stuff, so I said sure. Rich Hoff (512-769-2602) came and did the inspection and found a lot of hail damage. He took photos and sent them to me that day. He explained everything he found and recommended I call my insurance company. He walked me through every step of that process and even came to the house when the claims inspector came to show him the damage he had found! He sat down with us and explained the documents we were receiving from the insurance company. He even called the insurance company a few times to help the process along! He guaranteed us that we wouldn't have to pay more than our deductible, regardless of what insurance ended up paying. He even knows other companies that can take care of the stuff he doesn't (he's a roofing guy, he's great at roofs, he won't pretend to know stuff about other things just to get paid for that too), like our solar panels(taking them down and putting them back up) and our AC unit(the fins had some hail damage and needed to be combed out). Rich has been in touch with us through text or phone calls through this entire process! He is so good at what he does. So, if you think you've got damage on your roof from the weather, GIVE HIM A CALL! It's worth it.

Awesome - It is not very often you can find a company that Excels in Caring for their Customers backed up by Excellent Communications and Super Quality Workmanship.

Chase and Mike always returned phone calls and answered all questions, if they did not have an answer...they were Honest to say so and called back within a few hours or next day (everything was upfront and honest, no guessing). They were able to write and communicate with our insurance company. We were worried at first, had anxiety if we are picking the right roofer, etc. Once we met with Chase & Mike at different times, we were put at ease by their knowledge, kindness and caring.

We were given samples to pick our color to match our brick - as well as being educated on different kinds of shingles, roof options to enhance our roof for best results during hot weather, winds & storms.
None of the other roofers we called spent the time to explain any of this?

When it was time to replace our roof... the crew came on-time - did not rush the job (like I see other neighbors houses do)...All the work was very Professional and Diligent. The crew worked as a team, very rarely do you ever see this kind of teamwork, the crew was very proud of their work, no shortcuts - just quality work, done right the first time.

Even at cleanup - crew went around the house 3 times, even asked next door if they can go in their back yard to look for any shingles or debris that may have blew in their yard - swept up all around the house and driveway (by the time they left - it was so clean that you could not believe there was so much work done to the house earlier)... Amazing even after all that Mike asked us to go for a walk around the house to make sure we were happy satisfied customers and nothing was missed before crew left

We are very Happy and Proud of our new roof and have had many compliments from neighbors... Driving around the neighborhood looking at all the replaced roof's - no roof compares to the Beauty and Quality of our new roof - it is really that Awesome.

Last summer (2017), I had a small leak around one of the skylights in a downstairs bathroom. It soon developed into a major leak...and then another leak, similar situation, developed in my upstairs bathroom around a skylight.

I'd been working with Will at CCR and he got his crew (Primo & others) to figure out, once and for all, what was wrong. (Several earlier efforts had failed.) Well, they found the problem, and it was a doozy, requiring a full day with a full crew to repair both problems, which they scheduled promptly. Since then, no leaks at all. But not only that--they took a look at an earlier repair around a skylight on the other side of my room and did some preemptive repairs there as well.

I was hugely impressed with the hands-on approach with Will, his knowledge and experience, returning calls & texts promptly, and the reasonable cost of repair. Although I hope not to have any additional roofing problems anytime soon, if I do, I will call CCR and Will first. Very highest recommendation!
