Bryan has roofed my house, my parents house and repaired my sisters house. He is very polite and easy to talk to. After completing my parents house, he has roofed 4 more houses in the same track just by word of mouth. I like that he owns the business and also works on top of the roof. By far , the cheapest bid. He does excellent work and he is very honest. I would recommend him to anyone. His work speaks for itself.

Unfortunately I am dealing with the same issue as a previous person on here. I spoke with Bryan on the phone regarding coming out to do a bid for a job. He was polite on the phone and let me know he would come out Tuesday May 12th, sometime in the later afternoon. I told him that was fine. Come Tuesday, I tried calling to confirm that we were still on for the bid, and no answer. I left a voicemail, and followed up with a text message figuring he might just be unable to take a call. No answer to either. Tried calling again in the early afternoon to see if I could reach him. No answer. Followed up by a no show for the entire day, and still, 2 days later haven't heard from him or seen him. It's one thing if you get tied up on a job and can't keep an appointment, I completely understand that things happen. But the lack of communication and follow up drives me insane. Needless to say I won't be using them. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one was he seemed nice on the initial phone call and I appreciated him making a quick appointment to come out. The rest went downhill fast. Maybe they do good work if you can track them down but I wasn't as lucky.

Brian is a very honest guy. Does very good work. Definitely recommend. Even does small stuff. Hard to find people to do those.

I spoke to Bryan on Dec. 6th about a roof leak to get a quote. He said Saturday Dec. 8th he can come by to take a look and he would give me a call that morning to set a time. He ""NEVERED"" called me that Saturday and never heard from him till I called him 4 days later. I told him you never called me and I will be leaving a bad review on his Yelp. So this is the bad review. He lied about calling me and not showing up. This guy dose not call back and lies. I can see why he doesn't have much reviews. Hes not reliable.

I had Bryan and his team re-roof my patio cover. He was very knowledgeable about roofing and during the inspection explained what needed to be done to fix my roof. He replaced the rotted plywood and added support blocks in the seams to provide additional support. The new roofing turned out great. I would highly recommend C&C Roofing and would use then again.

We needed to have our roof replaced as we had several leaks over the past a few months. I should say we are so lucky to find C & C Roofing Company on Yelp. Bryan, the owner of the company came in and throughly examined the condition of our roof. We were impressed with Bryan's professionalism, his commitment to quality of work, and to customer satisfaction. His price is fair and affordable. Bryan did all the work by himself. Bryan was efficient, polite, clean and reliable. From start to finish, the workmanship was excellent, the whole process went so well. After the roof work, Bryan cleaned up any debris around the roof and house. Bryan also installed a new skylight for us, our new roof looks so nice now. The job took three days. There was another big rain right after the project, our new roof did not leak anymore. Now have peace of mind that our house is well protected and that our roof will not leak, not only because of the wonderful job that Bryan did, but also because of the strong warranty that comes with the job performed. We noticed that most roofing companies only provide 5 years warranty, but Bryan's company provides 10 years warranty.

I 100% recommend C&C Roofing.

I had multiple bids for re-roofing my house, and all the other bids were significantly higher than Brian's bid. The other roofers were either larger roofing companies with high overhead, or general contractors who would subcontract the work to real roofers and charge a markup. None gave me the warm fuzzies Brian did.

I had to deal with a threat of rain after tear-off, and Brian was right there with plastic to protect the house, at any hour day or night. He clearly knows his stuff, and enjoys his works, and that shows in the quality the job done. And Brian does all the work himself. He's a happy workaholic.

By the way, he also added two skylights, and the results are better than expected.
