Cbx was great. Had hail damage and my insurance wanted to cover only half my roof. Folks at CBX pressed them and got them to cover it all. Worked with J and David. Both great. Unfortunately the rain kept delaying my roof but these guys busted my roof out in a single day. Very happy with that! Overall I'm very satisfied.

Buyer beware. The people they send out to do estimates are very nice. Then they start the job months later and it's a shit show. Poor execution and very little supervision of workers. The workers don't speak English and they do not communicate well. The project manager on my house was not someone I would have hired. Very seldom at the house making sure the job was done correctly. First night after they finished, there were leaks. They fixed them, but in the process damaged the siding.

The main problem was the overcharges - they quote low, but then they add on charges that almost double the original quote. That along with their fix for the ruined siding - they nailed a 1 x 4 x 20 foot board over to cover the damage - its not a good company and I wish I'd known before hiring them.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. In my opinion, the work was done poorly and just plain incorrectly in several instances, requiring multiple rounds of rework. Failed first inspection with multiple issues. Communication was awful once they had our deposit.

I would not recommend anyone use CBX, ever.

CBX Roofs in my opinion are incredible. Long story short, after the Carr fire, I noticed a water leak during a rainstorm with the water dripping at the front entryway exterior garage wall extension between the stucco and interior drywall. No stains on the stucco, interior wall or ceiling. I called Wait Roofing given that they had installed the roof, Dan came out, made a of trips to finally discover the source of the leak, only charged me half price for a service call and I was happy...for awhile. During our first rain this season, I noticed the leak had returned. I called Wait Roofing multiple times for more than a month, left messages with the lady who answers the phone, was told she would pass it on, follow up calls indicated they were too busy to help me so I finally ask the lady (who was very nice) to just ask Dan where the leak was located and I would have family or a handyman to silicone the source of the leak. Never got any information from them, so out of frustration, I called a roofing company that I had received mailers from and had seen on TV a couple of times. To my astonishment, I got an immediate response. Harrison Lucero at CBX Roofing came out the same day, inspected the roof, found the problem, sealed it...and didn't even charge me! Who does that??? When it's time to replace this roof, they will be the one! Thanks, Harrison!

After reading a few reviews . I guess I got the Friday afternoon crew.. Poor workmanship. worse communication. The job started in late August.. failed two inspections and issues yet to be resolved. Its November and the roof is still not done. I invite anyone considering CBX to contact me, maybe save you the same headaches I have

I had this company take off and put a new roof on. They work with my insurance. This company has over charged for the work they did and poor work. It took them 7day to do a job they said it should take 2 days. They gave a quote of 13,852.39 then after work was done they asked for 7856.42 more. That make my roof 21,708.81 for a house that is under 1200sqf. This company has people work for them that does not speak English and had no ID. When asked if they had green card I was told that they are employed with company. Job is done poorly. Was told the crew would be there in the am did not show up tell 4pm slept in the yard tell 8pm work for 1 hour before drink acholol. I had to make the company remove there employees off my property. Do not hire this company.

HOME OWNERS BEWARE!
I canceled my contract with CBX Roofing due to misleading statements, unanswered phone calls, several unannounced visits, and lost documents. This company is very unprofessional, if you can't get them to be responsible before they do your roof how can you expect them to be responsible after.
I strongly urge home owners to use a five star local contractor whose employees are vested in our community and are there should any issues arise.
While I lost my deposit of $1000 to CBX, let my experience help others to read the reviews and hire a professional company.
