Chris Langley - is a scammer! He took $2,000 to build a fence (on April 8, 2022), and he never build my fence. I reached out to his wife Jessica Ericson on Facebook, and she asked for my phone number so their attorney could contact me. I received a call from Jon Robinson, his attorney. Mr. Robinson told me that Chris was going to refund me the money in two days. Chris has not refunded the money and has blocked my calls. I have filed a police report. Today is April 26, 2022. NO REFUND.

Please do not use Chris Langley for any of your home projects. He is a fraud, dishonest, unskilled, and unethical. You will spend countless hours getting him to answer texts and calls in which he will continue to feed you lies and promises he will not fulfill. 'Crew on the way, buying materials then heading your way, finishing this other job then will send 4 guys your way, starting first thing in the morning, my kids are in the urgent care, I'm getting a divorce, etc'. He took money from us and never provided work or the supplies he allegedly bought with the money. He also used photos of work done on our house that he did not complete without our permission and is misleading people that he is skilled to carry out such labor craftsmanship. This experience has been a nightmare and I'm making it my mission to keep anyone else in the San Antonio, NB, Boerne area from throwing away their money and being cheated like we have. Please do your research and Google this individual. His record is alarming and he will continue scamming people in ways more than a fraudulent contractor until stopped.

Chris stole from me but under a new business name One away Fencing LLC

Chris took $1600 from me for a deposit and material on a patio roof job. He said he would start the project the next day.

Its been a full week since I payed chris the money abe he still has not delivered the material. He has missed 6 appointments with me without calling one time to say he can't make it.

In one week chris sent a guy he found on Craigslist to my house. He worked for 3 hours and left. He didn't return to finishes because chris scammed him by paying him less than the agreement.

The next 4 days I was told each day that a crew would be at my house and each day I was lied to.

finally chris shows up with who he says is a pro framer. However the worker he used told me he had never done construction work because he was a hvac guy. 3 more hours of work and all I got out of that was a clear understanding that Chris has no knowledge or the skills needed to finish the framing on my project.

Day 6 -
chris promised to finish the project. However he didn't show up. I asked for a refund and he refused. I fired him from the job after he missed the deadline I gave him. Chris stole $1600 from me and I will be filing a civil suit against him.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Chris Langley is a thief!! Took out $2000 days he has materials. We post negative review he texts says he will be here X date. On an in. Filed civil suit he either gave false address or doesn't answer to be served. It will go to court next week but he has not responded therefore the judgment will go against him but we still have none of our Money or materials. His day will come but, no one should have to go through this!! Horrible company and horrible service!!

This contractor came to my home in Converse, TX to install a new fence and has not returned in 7 days now. I definitely learned a lesson in giving contractors a payment before the work is completed. He was given $800 and has yet to return.
