Mike returned our call, came out the next day to look at the job. Gave his price and followed up with written estimate by email as promised. Guys were on site 15 minutes before the time promised, job was done and they cleaned up after themselves which was great, Mike came by and verified that the original estimate was good, we gave him a check and off he went. This is the second time he has fixed our roof - front first a few years ago and now the back. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, great service, well priced and good, hard workers.

typical contractor for this area. Not one you can rely on. Mike did return my call and came out when he said he would which is more than most do. The job was to fix two leaks. As soon as he said he would email an estimate i knew I wouldn't hear from him again. It was to fix leaks, not replace a roof. Had a leak before and estimate and repair was done on the spot. I know roofing companies are busy but if you don't want a job just say so. Not much integrity from this guy.

I have experienced a leaking roof several times. Same spot in three rooms in my house. I tried getting the original installer to take a look. That didn't work well at all. Insurance company sent an adjuster....there is interior damage.
Finally I searched the internet. Finding CBC Roofing , I began checking the reviews. I called Mike, left a message. He got back to me quickly.
He came and looked at the situation, inspected, decided what needed to be done and a couple of days later showed up with his men and before I knew it, the repair was done. Such a godsend! Thanks to Mike I can now repair the interior damage, again, with confidence. The latest Hurricane Irma, blew through Ormond, but my roof held, no leaks, no new damage.

This is a company you can trust. Professional and knowledgeable. Mike and his crew know how to get the job done. Mike came to the house and assessed some issues I was having with leaking skylights. He gave me a quote and had his crew out the very next afternoon. After I was notified they were there, I thought I'd swing by to see how things were progressing. It had been maybe 45 minutes from the time I got the call. To my surprise there was no one there and no sign that anyone had been there. In less than 45 minutes, they had repaired 3 skylights, cleaned up, and also taken the time to fix a bad repair by another roofing company. When I say they cleaned up, there was not a single nail or piece of scrap to be seen anywhere. I later learned that Mike's standard practice is to have his crew use magnets to clear the area of nails. You'd think everyone would be doing this. Oh and the skylights look great too.

It's nice to know there are still companies that take pride in their work and doing things the right way. A big thank you to Mike and his entire crew. Keep up the great work.

Amazing workmanship. Owner Mike is very knowledgable and precise. Mike and his crew are very hardworking respectable men. I would recommend them to anyone for any roofing job. Ours was a repair job from another companies mistakes during the building process. So they fix other roofers messes too... Right-on!
