UNLICENSED !! STAY AWAY from this company !!!
Unfortunately I did not find this out until it was too late.
The owner, ""Andres"" claimed that they give a 2 year warranty on their work, however only a few weeks passed before it rained and the water was coming in at the same spot that he charged me to repair. His response to me was.... ""well I told you it would be better if you replaced the roof."" Really ?
After that encounter I decided to do some investigating and found out that Catastrophe Roofing Inc was incoporated in 2012 and was DISSOLVED in 2015 !!! So then I decided to check on their contractor's license, since they are installing and repairing roofs in the thousands of dollars, they are supposed to have a professional license from the state of Georgia.
NO LICENSE found for Catastrophe Roofing, or for the owner Andres Miller. I should have known.

This company doesn't fix catastrophes. They create them. Do not let them do anything to your house unless you have it in writing. He is crooked and will take advantage of you.
Andres doesn't even have a set crew, probably because no one will work for him. He hired new guys he's never seen work to do my roof.
after repairing some fascia and soffit, Andres told me he would send someone out to reinstall the vinyl soffit cover. After some payment complications, He threatened to put a Lein on my house if I didn't pay him by the next day, and never came back to hang the vinyl. After a month of trying to contact him, he sends me a quote to hang the soffit cover, basically slapping me in the face. Because he told me on the phone I have no proof. He pinned me in a corner.

I had three quotes before choosing Catastrophe Roofing. Andres the owner was knowledgeable and seemed quite capable to handle a total new roof install. I wanted an Architectural roof for the warranty on the shingles and labor warranty. I was able to work out a reduction in cost by referring my next door neighbor. Once the roof work was done and materials hauled off I was left with bent and dinged gutters. The workers denied having done it. When I explained that with a tarp they had created a chute for the removal
of the old roof tiles I believe he sided with me but made no attempt to make the repair. I had purposely held back $ 500 until I was satisfied. He never replaced the gutter so I had the work done. Within a month a water leak occurred. I called and he came to see. Again he made no attempt to fix the problem. I also talked to him about the soot, nails and shingles that now were scattered all throughout my attic. I complained that the attic was a storage area for antiques, rugs, varying bolts of fabric and linen and it all had to be cleaned. He assumed I knew that the debris would come into my attic Having had no other experience I told him he should have a disclosure notifying the customer of the possibility of debris falling into the attic. He arrogantly disagreed. I explained that had I known I could have protected my property and the problem would not be. He did inspect the roof and noted as I had that a few shingles appeared raised. He never sent anyone to fix the problem. Water stain number 2 very near the first. I called and a receptionist took my message. He has yet to respond. Today I hired a roofing man to tighten screws and seal them. I hope this fixes the problem. It now appears that the labor warranty is useless as he never addressed the two water stains. To his credit the roof looks beautiful and no other stains have popped up.
I will be contacting the manufacturer to alert them that this company and owner should not be afforded the stamp of approval by the manufacturer. I tried to give a young man and owner of a company my business. I made an error In Thinking that owners are respectful, and stand behind their work. Even his employees griped about not being paid and working days without end waiting to be paid. So he not only disrespects his customers but employees as well. He obviously does not stand behind his work. Move with caution in retaining Catastrophe Roofing and the owner Andres. It may very well turn into a Catastrophe. His mode of business is much like a pyramid. One new job ends up paying for an existing job until the next check comes in to pay for job 2 and job 3 having made a deposit is paying for job 2. Be mindful. Don't believe the hype.

Buyer beware! Professionalism and customer service are not friends of this company.
I had the most disappointing experience with Catastrophe Roofing. After having my roof replaced in February 2015, I experienced a leak after the heavy rains in December 2015. I got in touch with the owner of the company who appears to work alone, and scheduled a time for him to make the repair. During this time, I repeatedly asked him to give me a call to discuss the nature of the leak so I could document the issue because the roof replacement came with a warranty. I also sent him text messages and emails regarding the same, but he never responded. He finally called me an hour after he was supposed to meet me to make the repair and said that he was en route. I explained to him that I was frustrated with his lack of communication and professionalism during this process. I also said that I would contact the Better Business Bureau if the issue was not resolved. When I told him this, he responded that my business ""did not matter"" to him, that he didn't care, and if I were planning to contact the BBB, then ""he would keep it moving."" But here is the kicker -- he hung up in my face! To say that I was flabbergasted is a complete understatement!
When he arrived to make the repair, my husband spoke with him and explained our position. Not once did he apologize for his behavior. In fact, he seemed to feel justified in what he said because he thought I was too persistent in contacting him (go figure)! When I spoke with him earlier, I also noted that I had a big stain on my ceiling due to the leak, and I asked him if he would paint the area. He told me to spray the area with Killz, which meant he wasn't doing anything further. He said that he was going to do a temporary repair because another rain was expected, and if the roof continued to leak, he would do another repair. I am not holding my breath.
To say the least, I have never experienced so much disrespect from a business in my life. Not only had I paid this company $4300 ten months prior for a new roof, but my neighbor had done the same and was also experiencing problems with the owner. It appears he was overwhelmed because his secretary no longer worked for him and he was behind schedule due to the rain. Notwithstanding, that doesn't give him a license to treat his customers with such discourtesy, especially to the point of hanging up in a customer's face! It is painfully obvious that he cared nothing about my business as a customer once the transaction was completed. I know this because he told me so.
I value customer service. I value professionalism. I value my money. If you do too, I advise you to look elsewhere for roofing services.

Andres is excellent! I would refer him to anyone. It was luck that brought him to us. My mom signed me up for a service where companies would call me and bid on my roof (hail damage), and he Catastrophe Roofing was the first to call, and the most professional. He even checked the weather to make sure that he would come when there was no rain, something that the other companies did not bother to do. Not only did Andres arrange the visit around my schedule, abut he listened to everything I wanted done, and he even went to bat for me with the insurance adjustor, who was trying not to pay. Andres was there for us, and we now have a shiny new, non-leaky roof at a great price!
