I have used Catalano Enterprises several times over the last dozen years for: water repair damage on the ceiling from a leaking pipe, scraping of the popcorn ceiling and repainting, and the removal of fluorescent lights and adding recessed lighting in the kitchen. Catalano was initially referred to me by USAA for a water leak that I had in the kitchen ceiling. I was so impressed with Randy's work, that I kept going back to him for future repair jobs. The most recent job was replacing the rotted trim around the garage door and the painting of the garage door and trim. Seeing how my driveway sloped downwards towards the garage door, Randy thought it would be best to replace the wood trim with a vinyl trim. The seal around the garage door is so much better now that it's warm in the garage on these cold December nights. I recommend Catalano Enterprises for any home repair jobs that you might need.

I would rate this company a -10 if I could! The owner in a liar and completely dishonest. This company is a scam! The work is terrible!!! They damaged our home and did not complete the work. The electrical that was completed does not meet City codes! Do Not Use!

Please don't let this company in your home. They tore my home upside down and did no work for over a month. They destroy several items in my home. They placed my formal dining chairs on my deck for over a week and the stray cats scratched them. They compensated me but that was an inexperienced moved. I was so disappointed with this company and they would never communicate by telephone until I had to sign a check from my insurance. I could write a novel on the lack of caring this company had for me, my belongings or my home. Please think twice before you hire Catalano Enterprise. I really didn't want to write this review until I noticed what I thought was dust on my bedroom TV, just to find out it was a scratch. Please don't let this company in your home for any major repairs. They could be good but in my case it was a disaster. Don't let them in.

Catalano was assigned to us via our Insurance company for a loss/damages in 05/2021. Here we are in mid 11/21 and nothing has been repaired. So far all that has been done is to tear out the shower in bathroom that needed repairs/work and left in that state for two weeks at this point.

After several attempts to threaten to drop them as the contractor and being reassured each time things will get done they string us along week after week with possible dates for repairs and zero confirmation of dates, times and what work will be accomplished.

I highly advise anyone planning on doing business with this company to reconsider. There is absolutely no communication, follow through, and their work does not hold up. I moved into a new home about 6 months ago. The roof had been redone in the last year by Catalano Roofing. Over a month ago, after a pretty heavy rain, I realized the roof was leaking both from the ceiling and down the walls. I contacted Randy, who I believe is the owner, via his cell phone number provided to me by the previous owner of my home. The next day some guys came out and put a temporary fix on the roof (a blue tarp and some rocks to hold it in place) and then said I should hear back from someone to come out to complete the fix. No one called. After a week I began to call. The receptionist took several messages but I was not contacted back for another 2 weeks. Randy then came out, looked at the damage and said he would contact me and set up a time to complete the repairs. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have called numerous times and left messages to no avail.

USAA chose this company as my contractor for home repairs. The estimator came out and completed his estimate for damages and contacted USAA. USAA attempted to contact this company over a week without no one calling them back. I requested my USAA adjuster cancel this company and find me a contractor that answers their phone calls. He stated he will attempt one last time and get back with me. The adjuster finally spoke with the contractor for this company and told him that haven't no one contacted me to start my repairs. Contractor called me and stated he was not in the office at the moment and did not have his appointment book with to schedule a appointment with me today but will call me first thing the next day. No phone all day. I spoke with my USAA adjuster and told him to cancel this contacting company for my repairs. I feel if that cannot call USAA or the customer back that do not deserves anyone business. I also suggested to my adjuster he informs USAA of this companies issues and look into them about their issues. In my opinion I will not refer anyone for this company services. Bad business!!!!!!!!!!!

Catalano Construction has been a great, go-to contracting company for several of my home improvement projects. We have had tile put in, interior walls painted, granite counter tops put in, back deck built and just recently finished our patio roof. The quality of work is excellent. On top of that, they have always been honest, straight forward, and professional. I have and will re-use them for any of our construction and remodeling needs. Can't recommend them enough.

If I could give them no stars I would! They came to paint and put down flooring and they did an awful job! They didn't take responsibility for their crummy work. They were beyond frustrating to work with because they are ""so busy"". They got paint on my furniture and failed to clean it up OR pay for it. I am so livid.... SO livid. I hate them. And I will continue to tell everyone and anyone who listens how awful they were forever. I write this review as I sit here trying to get paint off of one of my upholstered bar stools. Please take your business elsewhere unless you want more work for your next contractor

Updated: just had friends over for dinner and they thought they spilled water on our new hardwood floors.... Oh no, it's just the glue that the floor installers splattered on our wood floors in the entry. The floor will forever look like someone spilled something because the glue dried up and looks wet. Catalano sent someone to ""repair"" the floor but all they did was shave the drops with a razor leaving the gloss flat but still very much apparent and said they that's the best they can do. Unfortunately, this is an honest review, even though the company has attempted to contact me asking that I remove my review, they have yet to offer to fix anything or take responsibility
