I worked for them, they categorize minorities and people that have accents as Code 2's and will not do business with people that have accents like Chinese or Mexican or any middle eastern type they will just hang the phone up and not help them. It's very racist if you ask me and they bug home owners with something like 32 calls over a 2 week time period, people would answer the phone already screaming because they've been harassing them for so long. Horrible company to work for 100%.
