I can't say enough good things about Caswell Services. They have done many projects for me on my 36 year old home during the 19 years that I have owned it, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and most recently putting on a new roof. Every major project gets a written bid that clearly outlines the work to be performed. The work crews are on time and professional. The work is done correctly and with attention to detail. If something isn't quite right, they will come back and make it right.

I was having problems with rain water leaking into my living room on an inside wall when we had some heavy rains and was anticipating a very large roofing bill. It turned out my roof was fine but some drain pipes were old and cracked. Caswell services replaced them with lead pipes,which should last much longer and also did other necessary maintenance and cosmetic work to our roof and gutters that my husband couldn't get to. Their prices were very reasonable, everything was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything when they were done. We couldn't be happier.
